I usually come here for lunch, but I must say that my experience has been nothing but stellar every time visited. Food comes out quick, ramen is cooked perfectly, and the establishment is spotless. I've been to Kopan Ramen in different locations, but I would rate this place the highest. I'm not sure if this place can handle large parties, but groups of 1-4 are perfect.

We got the baked salmon roll, crunch spider roll, dragon roll, baked salmon roll, baked crawfish roll, jalapeño bomb, pan fried gyoza (I think), and steamed shrimp dumpling. The food was amazing and delicious. Everything cost around $12 - $15. The way it looks already made me start to drool when it was served.
The service was nice. We got our water and food. There were 2 problems though. First, we didn’t get wasabi unlike everyone else (They didn’t even ask if we wanted it like other places). Second, there was a server who kept coming over to our table by accident (he was new, though, so no hate).
The atmosphere was very chill. It took us about 3 minutes to get checked in (Mainly because it was night). We were talking and laughing and no one cared. I would say to be a bit quiet to keep the vibe set at a nice and quiet chill.

My family and I have eaten here many times over the years. This is the first time I've experienced a situation like this at ANY restaurant. We ordered a bento box and which came with beef gyoza. My 5 year old daughter was eating her 2nd piece when I noticed the meat inside was RAW PINK! The beef also smelled BAD. I brought this to the attention of the server, then he brought it back to the kitchen. He said they were sorry and that it meant to look like that. WHAT?! It absolutely was not meant to look like that! He then responded that they probably didn't cook it long enough (BINGO!) and that he would take it out of the check. When the check came, they deducted 50% of the bento box- now im insulted that they are not taking this seriously. No one else came to apologize, not to mention my 5 year old ending up vomiting as soon as we got into the car. So disappointed in Kopan Ramen. Food poisoning should be taken seriously.

Honestly, this is some of the best sushi in the Valley, if not all of LA.
All the nigiri belly dishes are lovingly crafted and presented, and if you are a roll type person, try the Naked Roll, it's a revelation.

I have ordered takeaway food several times already, and this is the third time they have forgotten to put soy sauce or wasabi! The employees are probably very stupid! never come back!!!!
