Candy has the horrible customer service. The upper management team here at this McDonald's is great. Upper management really care about people and the business. They have a lot of good employees but Candy is always rude, focus on the drive through and not the customers inside. Candy moves fast in circles making double work for team. The night shift needs a lot of work as well. Four out of five of my orders missing something or wrong Someone from upper management should not have to be at work for a customer to get good customer service and be treated with respect. One bad apple can spoil the bunch. Candy is rude

Mobile ordering/app does not work at this location. I am frequently in this area for work and it is frustrating that at this location Mobile Ordering is broken. They allow you to earn points, but don’t allow the auto pay feature. Instead you have to stop and pay at the first window. Additionally, when I have tried to order thru the app with a bonus/free item, I am unable to complete the mobile order.
Come on corporate! If you are trying to push people to use the app, make sure each locations mobile ordering works!

I came inside this McDonald's just now and guess what I saw? Full of trash top as a mountain inside the trash. Wow. That's a good welcoming to this restaurant.

Eddie is literally the best worker at McDonalds period I’ve gone to over one thousand McDonald’s in my lifetime and no one was as helpful happy to be here and precise as Eddie
Used to visit this place when I was young…had my 5th BDay there…played in ball-pit, sat inside and outside, colored in my Ronald McDonald c on mic book…so I understand progress with the all computerized interior, the drive through and even the liability issues from the balk-put and jungle gym…but what I do not and can not understand is how 2 people both having Quarter Pounder meals rings up roughly as a $40 outing! I wonder if the same is true in the states that have lower minimum wages or at least don’t have a separate, (and higher), minimum for fast food workers. Definitely going to check into that.
