The late night manager is either deaf or dumb. Deserves to be fired for incompetency, not wearing a uniform, wesring a hoodie, jeans, no hat, no gloves, violating health and safety laws, and below the minimum customer service even for a Mcdonald's standard! Here is why. Ordered a number 7, large with a coke and was told to pull up to the window. Pulled up cash in hand and he said I never ordered anything, before asking what i ordered. He said i had to pull up to the drive thru again despite cash in hand telling him I ordered a number 7. Pulled up to the window, re ordered a number 7, large with a coke. Pulled up to the window again and he said, "you ordered a number 6." Left and drove to another Mcdonalds same order and had no problems. Drove back and showed him my meal untouched asked him, "what meal number does this look like?" He looked and shrugged. I told him, "how did you become a manager? you're incompetent, violating dozens of osha laws, not in a uniform with a hat, no gloves, wesring a hoodie and you're a manager? This is a customer service job. Bare minimum serve the customer." This is about the principal of having self respect at a job. Fire this man or i will come back to report this McDonalds to OSHA coming from an OSHA agent.

It is conveniently located, but there are very few parking spaces. There may be homeless people. The service is not bad. Food too.Parking: Very small amount of parking places.

Don't Go To This Location. They Charge more than other locations. My 12$ order was 19$ at this location. Won't ever go here again...
The food tasted good, the interior is refurnished and this McDonald's looks very up-to-date. We had no problem parking, the food was prepared quickly, only the restroom was terrible, dirty and small. I love how many sauces they have to choose and mostly for free, which is perfect.

So Far So good but there was one mistake I came on Sunday January 28th 2024 at 10:30am and I asked for a SEC With No Sausage and add lettuce and tomato so when I got my order I saw there was onion inside ? I didn't asked for onion it was onion and lettuce. Also there customer service was a 75% Overall they have to check before they give it out

It's funny I very rarely change my mind about some place once I made it up but the McDonald's on Ventura it changed my mind I gave it a bad review a couple years ago but you know what? it's got to the point now where I go there every day and I go there for there senior coffee I don't even have to ask and tell them my order I come in and they know exactly what I want when I come in.

While they’re taking your order, they gossip about other employees. They never greet you, while U wait for your food they chat and just hand you your bag while chatting with you each other. They messed up my order. BAD CUSTOMER
