RUDE and IGNORED. DO NOT GO IN PERSON apparently they only care about pickups and online orders. I stood there waiting to order and when this white guy with black curly hair in his early 20's finally asked me if i was here to pick and order and i said I want to order food, HE MUMBLED and WAS BOTHERED by that fact and said WAIT. There was NO " I will be right with you or any care that I was there to spend money. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE and being IGNORED. I went to MCD's down the street and they at least took order and got food !Parking: Small parking lot so I parked on the paid street parking .

We have been ordering from the Encino location since it opened. The last 3 or 4 orders were prepared wrong. There is no attention to detail, terrible customer service, and never a manager on site to discuss the issues. I no longer recommend this place.

I'm staying close by during an LA visit and this halal Mediterranean spot seemed like a good spot for dinner. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap with fries. The. Hi ken was well seasoned and soft, very tasty. The inside was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. They also have platters and salads. The food was good overall, portion size was very good.

Guys did not bother to clean their tables. Came on Sunday noon, plenty of free tables, almost all of them dirty. Not a nice place to be. The food is tasty but they put too much MSG.

I would never order food from this restaurant again. The servers and the cooks were eating while they were making my food and then there were random people walking in this restaurant and walking to the back and coming back out with the chicken in their hand the only really needs to keep an eye on the people they have working here, but they’ve ruined it for me. I would never come to your restaurant.

Everything good except the fries. They changed their fries to thin ones and they are not good anymore.I suggested the cashier to bring back the old fries but lets see. I will definitely not buy the fries unless they change it back to the old ones.

We have been coming here for take out orders for years. The cook on the meat is inconsistent. Generally, the meat is overcooked, so we always order medium rare. This request is on the online order notes. The last order we picked up, the cook on the meat was well done. Not enjoyable at all. They did not include bread. When we called to inform them of this issue, the response was not reassuring. We were informed "we will make sure this won't happen again." Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time and does continue to happen. The taste of the food is good, but the cook of the meat and response by the staff was disappointing.

Very good food being a fast food casual dining. The price can't be beat, the menu is varied and authentic. The lamb shank was good savory, tender and the fragrance was very nice. The combination plate came with the salad, hummus and rice. Also includes the pita basket. The portions are generous.The beef and lamb koobideh were very good. Would have liked them to give more onions to accompany the rice. Very filling.The decor is typical casual for lunch for office workers.
