Great bakery with various pastries, cakes and sandwich options. Love the service, they are quick and know how to give great recommendations if you’re indecisive like I am! I came during the week which is the best time since weekends they tend to be very busy and a lot of items get sold out even before noon. So if anyone is looking for a place to get your breakfast or lunch, i suggest coming here at the encino location!

The workers there know how go above and beyond even though they might be busy attending with other customers especially on the weekends. I had an incredible experience at Paris Baguette, and I want to take a moment to shout out two of the most exceptional employees, Sugheidy and Nicole! From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel so welcomed with their warm smiles and genuine kindness.
Sugheidy was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to ensure my experience was perfect. She answered all my questions about the menu with such patience and enthusiasm, making it clear she is passionate about providing excellent service.
Nicole was equally amazing, ensuring that everything was just right with my order. She was so friendly and professional, creating such a positive and inviting atmosphere. Her attention to detail and customer care were truly outstanding.
Both Sugheidy and Nicole worked seamlessly as a team, creating an environment that not only made me feel like a valued customer but also made the whole visit so memorable. Their hard work and dedication to providing exceptional service should absolutely be recognized and celebrated.

Update, shame on the management for allowing homeless people to roam around the store and stink up the air, especially when you’re paying for pastries that doubled in price…. I like this location specifically, friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere.

This is a great pastry cafe located in the Encino/Tarzana area. They offer all sorts of scrumptious pastries, like fancy donuts, cakes, and fluffy bread products. They don’t offer as many individually packaged items compared to other Paris Baguette locations, but this location is ideal for hanging out. Plenty of parking since it’s in a large plaza. The parking entrance is on the west side, NOT closest to the bakery.
First rude employee not smiling, no Hello no nothing. I'm the one who say Hello. When in to pick up red velvet cake & 4 other savory bakery ( crab 2 bread, 1 ham& cheese, 1 hotdogs). The girl put it in huge box that usually fit for at least 8 more bread in it. I also redeem a birthday slice cake, the girl is so unhappy to do it not sure why is in the policy. I ask the girl is it possible to put writing in the cake, she said No, not after 2, I said o ok. She didn't put knife utensil nor ask for which usually they put, i know cause I pick up their whole cake regularly for special occasions. Also when I was picking my bread item the other employees were brooming not moving is like I'm in a way or something also she doing that other customers was eating 😐 ( not sure is very good idea). When i finish paying, I'm asking for a bag the girl say I have to pay for a bag since I can't carry with me in hand with the big size boxes that she put for 4 bread so she charge 75 cents plus tax. Never ever i get charge for bag in BAKERY so I after spending $80 pay bag too not sure will come again. Customer service is bad, if this bakery want to charge everything little thing well .. not sure im coming back.

Horrible service. Ordered a cake online and asked them to write happy birthday Niki on it and instead when we opened the box to serve the cake, different name was written. So embarrassing. We had to quickly wipe off everything from the cake. So embarrassing. I will never step foot in that place.

Used to come here before, costumer service was not great but ok and food was good but today nothing left, most of the shelves were empty and whatever left was cold, hard to chew and not fresh at all! Also when asked for something you have on the menu the staff doesn’t really want to do it. Very disappointed, to come and pay a full price for a food that not supposed even to be out for the public, like it seat there for a few days. Really disgusting.

I am not sure why you guys don't improve your CS experience, I went over your reviews- you got enough complaints about poor CS- and they keep coming- your employees not smiling nor kind. Why are you not improving the experience? If someone doesn't not want to be working there, they simply should not. Come on guys- that's an easy fix! Don't take your customers for granted!
