The little tags that describe each item are failures. Please completely redesigned them so they’re easy to read. One of the things that the very fine type font is too small, especially though being white against the dark blue.
The big, empty white black background where the big title is is too big and it’s completely unbalanced. It’s a big problem to try to understand and read the items And then on top of it they get buried inside the little holder, and then on top of that, they are back lit because they’re in front of the lights so please completely redesign the way that the items are displayed and the tags they used to display them.
Please see how they are a major failure and need to be completely improved. You have such precision and beauty with all of your products within the titles and the tags are such a miserable failure. Thank you. Look at the pictures below.

The pastry itself is pretty good but the cashier charged me for a tart cake but didn't box one up for me. She also did not bother to ask if I wanted my receipt. Please pay attention to what the customer is saying when you are at work.

This is such a perfect spot to grab something sweet at Encino! Came in yesterday afternoon and they had such an amazing selection of pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The lady at the front Jar was very nice, welcoming and had a great attitude. She recommended the maple pastry and it was so flaky and delicious! I’ll definitely be back soon 😊

Great bakery with various pastries, cakes and sandwich options. Love the service, they are quick and know how to give great recommendations if you’re indecisive like I am! I came during the week which is the best time since weekends they tend to be very busy and a lot of items get sold out even before noon. So if anyone is looking for a place to get your breakfast or lunch, i suggest coming here at the encino location!

The workers there know how go above and beyond even though they might be busy attending with other customers especially on the weekends. Sugheidy was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to ensure my experience was perfect. She answered all my questions about the menu with such patience and enthusiasm, making it clear she is passionate about providing excellent service.
Nicole was equally amazing, ensuring that everything was just right with my order. She was so friendly and professional, creating such a positive and inviting atmosphere. Her attention to detail and customer care were truly outstanding.
Both Sugheidy and Nicole worked seamlessly as a team, creating an environment that not only made me feel like a valued customer but also made the whole visit so memorable. Their hard work and dedication to providing exceptional service should absolutely be recognized and celebrated.
