Philly's Best Cheesesteaks

I went here to get a pastrami sandwich. I should have known something was up when pastrami wasn't on the menu. I came in about 15 minutes before closing. The young lady behind the counter was wonderful. She was pleasant, accommodating and bubbly. Too bad I can't say the same for the cook. Anyway I ordered a pastrami sandwich and it wasn't anything like you would get from Philly. Wrong bread, no pickles. Very disappointed. Great atmosphere and you can dine in. There's plenty of parking even though the parking is very challenging. Coming from The Middle, New Jersey; I familiar with the food of Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York.

Authentic and good. Had to minus a star because they had Kobe (how about Iverson) on the wall and no Eagles pic. 🤷‍♂️

Major rip off. Bought two plain cheesesteaks and was $30! Just cheesesteaks, no fries or drinks. And very small with very little meat. If you are paying $15 for a cheesesteak you should at least get a nice size sandwich packed with meat. Just can't find a good/well priced quality cheesesteak in LA.

Ordered on Uber Eats, order was not filled and cancelled without any explanation after waiting an hour. Map showed a driver waiting in the lot for my order for over 20 minutes.

Good stuff! Philly Classic. If you want everything on it, make sure you order the right one. I had a Philly Cheesesteak in NY, right off a street cart and it had everything on it. I guess that's why I thought a Classic had everything.
Regardless, this place was great!

Horrible customer service. I drove from 30 minutes away to buy two cheesesteaks. I arrived 10 minutes before closing. I was told they are not making any more food. Linda was completely disrespectful and derogatory in walking away and shooing me off with her hands when she was finished speaking with me. I don’t know who that woman thinks she is but she needs to watch the way she speaks to people. Even as of this review the store is still open during business hours and they still would not prepare my food. I asked Linda when they stop cooking and she told me “when they feel like it”. I asked for a manager and she didn’t have one. The customer service here is a complete joke. Ownership should find more respectful employees

Never back to this place againI ordered the Philly stake and it was awful s I ever ate. Nothing inside the sandwich and very small size usually I order from Subway which is much cheaper and better quality and everything included. Only small portions of stake and that's it . For 2 small sandwiches $45 including 2 drinks .I believe Macdolands or other places much better than this restaurant.

I really love phillys best because the cheesesteak is always fresh and good quality. The interior is very cool because there is so many Philadelphian decorations. The service is great and my food always comes in less than ten minutes. If your looking for a quality cheesesteak come here!

Fantastic sandwich joint in Encino. The parking lot is shared, so it can get packed. If you enjoy soft bread, this is the place for you.

Really yummy place to get a cheese steak! The food is good and the service is good. They have a pretty good size menu and you get a good amount of food for your order. I normally get a pepperoni cheese steak and fries

Parking: There is lots of parking out front and behind, even underneath if you want
