The food was quite good. However I found the service somewhat lacking. Drinks were left unfilled for an uncomfortable time, and after the food was served, we were never approached to find out how the food was. The staff seemed more interested in talking among themselves. We were one of 2 tables at the time, so it's not like the servers were slammed

Really decent place in a strip mall. The food isn't going to blow you away but it's good and definitely worth going to if it's on your way and you're feeling the need for Chinese!

Ping Pong Chinese Cuisine is an absolute gem! Every visit is a delightful experience. The food is always fresh and bursting with flavor. Their Signature Crispy Duck is a must-try—perfectly cooked with a crispy skin and tender, juicy meat inside. The Chef’s special beef steak is another standout, cooked to perfection with a rich, savory sauce that complements the tender beef so well. I also highly recommend trying their steam fish w/ scallions and ginger for an extra treat.

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a family dinner or a casual meal with friends. The service is always top-notch; the staff is friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure you have a great dining experience.

They need to really get some serious thoughts and planning into their Christmas Eve rush strategy because it's not working right now. Last year we never got our food and they apologized profusely, giving us the dishes to go. This year, we had a reservation for 5p and got no food for over an hour. We were also given one tea kettle for 10 people and we repeatedly asked for more tea, or just ordered tea directly. It was craaaaazy how bad it was this year, kind of felt like they just abandoned us as a table entirely so we left.

When I lived in Encino, I ALWAYS ordered from Ping Pong. In fact, I ordered from them so much that they knew who I was every time I would call. They always went significantly out of their way for me…often even delivering me my food after hours! Beyond just the fabulous service, the quality of the food is absolutely outstanding. With Chinese food, I often find myself feeling like I’m eating a lot of fatty chunks of meat & it could taste like it’s been sitting out for a while. This is certainly NOT the case at Ping Pong. They’re food always tastes so good! They clearly use the finest quality of ingredients and serve by far the absolute most freshly made dishes. They are definitely best Chinese food place I’ve ever ordered from. I must mention though, they are a bit pricier than my others. Personally, I think it’s well worth it. The quality supersedes the higher price tag! Highlyyyyyy recommend

I was excited to see egg foo yung on the menu. It arrived cold, and soggy instead of crispy.The dish came with a quart of sauce with soggy overcooked veggies.This was not up to their usual high standards.
