Ariana at Shake Shack is amazing!
She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience way better. Great attitude, fast service, and you could tell she really cared about the customers. People like her make you actually want to come back. Shake Shack is lucky to have her!

Not great. Portions aren't that big for the money you pay. Parking (not their fault) is terrible. Workers are nice, they give you extra sauce for free. The French Fries are old-style/old school crinkle cut - I would guess that they aren't made from real potatoes, but if they are, they're better than In n Out's fries (made from real potatoes, but usually limp.) I have yet to drink one of their shakes because they are very high in calories but, an interesting thing, they once partnered up with Twentyfour Blackbirds, an AMAZING chocolate company in Santa Barbara and I ended up buying a lot of their chocolate. I would never have known about them if it hadn't been for SS.

Accustomed to a better quality shake shack elsewhere, my French onion soup, it looks it was dip into a oil soup, bun was soggy wet, patties where dripping oil, disgusted

Went there for the first time last week for a fundraiser and the food was delicious i am not a big hamburger eater but I really enjoyed the food and the staff were very friendly and nice. The place was clean and it had a good family friendly atmosphere.
