Encino is where good restaurants go to die. We've eaten at several Shacks and found the food very good. Especially the French fries. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries and this location. The nuggets were overcooked and the fries were undercooked. I hope someone in the Shake Shack company corrects this.

Food was delicious! My son LOVES burgers so we decided to stop by after his game. So, Kinda pricy but I understand. Customer service was good, no problems there. We ordered through the touch screen thing, so it was really quick. There was plenty of seating inside.

Haven't had a bad burger or bad experience at any Shake Shack. Great food, always good service and restaurants are always clean.
I read the reviews and my son still wanted to eat there. Service was good no problem. But the burgers there are small but worse not cooked properly half cooked. The food gave my kids diarrhea McDonalds is way better and I hate McDonalds . If you don’t want to get sick don’t eat it here what a waste??️?

A huge thank you to Axel, Bernard and Denise! My husband is from New York. We stopped in one evening on our way back from an event...we were so hungry. We were searching for a place on Ventura Boulevard to grab a bite. I suggested McDonald's and my husband and my niece both New Yorker quickly said NO let's go to Shake Shack "they have the best"!! We placed an order to go. When we got home we could hardly eat the food it was so salty. Come to find out they had started a new salt company wide. No fault of the cooks at all. Next day I called and spoke to Axel the manager on duty and told him our situation. He did not hesitate to ask us to please come back in and he would remake the order. Today we came in. Bernard the manager on duty happily remade the order after telling him about my conversation with Axel. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the new meal without salt. It was extremely fresh & delicious!! On the side he ordered a Brooklyn Ale and I wanted to try the vanilla shake. The shake is one of the best I've ever had! He really enjoyed the Brooklyn Ale. He said it went very nicely with the hamburger and complimented the flavors. We wouldn't hesitate to come back here again when we're craving a great hamburger, french fries, milkshake and a beer! Thanks again to all three for making it a great experience second time around. :)

many of the reviews of this specific location will tell you that it sucks, but im white trash and this is burger HEAVEN. my brother had a shake shack addiction and was always his choice of food to order off Uber eats. i tagged along and understood the hype. first of all, whoever created the avocado bacon burger was a genius. anytime i crave a burger this burger will always pop up in my mind, it's the side chick who you always think about. their cheese fries are godly, and are super cheesy which is perfect if cheese is your forte. they had a caffeinated cherry lemonade last summer and holy smokes it was my favorite drink. ive ordered from this location well over 20 times, and never had a problem with missing or wrong items. ive visited this location in person only twice, so I can't speak too much for customer service but both times I went were very welcoming and friendly. the actual location is very nice and sanitary, their bathrooms also smell great which is a word you never hear in the same sentence as bathroom. overall, give it a try! do be prepared to spend a bit of your coin, however.

Fast service and very friendly employees. First time trying it and it was good and fresh. We ordered three burgers: a hamburger, cheeseburger, and Korean burger, as well as an order of fries. The crinkle cut fries screamed nostalgia and were well cooked and delicious. The burgers were good, albeit on the salty side - especially the Korean burger. I look forward to coming back and ordering a regular burger with less salt. The location was clean and the staff were upbeat and made us feel very welcomed.
yesterday my friends and I ordered 3 burgers, which later spoiled our evening, after three hours after the meal we all felt pain in the stomach and all three of us pooped in turn, 2 times every evening and 2 times in the morning. the whole ass was on fire, literally and figuratively, which led me to write this comment while sitting on the toilet.

Great price on the food. Burgers tasted really good and fresh. We self ordered and didn't change anything on the burgers to get the flavor right . The restaurant is clean, spotless and organize. The staff is friendly and acknowledged us right away.

Absolutely awful service. Will never eat at this location ever ever again! Placed an order via Uber Eats for the BOGO for my birthday dinner and when I clicked submit, only one burger popped up. I tried to immediately cancel the order and place it again and could not. I quickly called the store and spoke to the Manager, Axel who said the order had not come through yet and said he could not help me and I had to call Uber even if the order had come through. I asked for the corporate phone number and apparently there is no number to call and he said there was absolutely nothing he could do. I finally got ahold of someone at Uber, Kurt, who was kind enough to help cancel the wrong order. Since it is so late now, I placed the order again. Shame on Shake Shack for the lousy service. Not a great way to help out a customer for a brand like shake shack. Food was cold, soggy, bland and not packaged well but i I think they will not care or consider any attempt to improve based on this review. Thanks for nothing Shake Shack and Axel!!!
