One of my favorite locations. Spacious yet cozy if you wish to stay and sip and snack. Plenty of outlets if you wish to stay and recharge or work on that epic novel. Clean and well organized, with friendly accommodating baristas who provide fast service. An abundance of outdoor seating as well. Aaaand prices lower than at some much inferior locations (see my review on the Valley Village 4800 Laurel Canyon location). Aaaaand plenty of parking! Aaaaaand a drive-through! C'mon now!

The best customer service and care. Jay was my barista and I honestly don't know how someone can be so sweet in the early morning, but his kindness and smile went above and beyond. And on top of that he was so fast! Plus the drinks were great! Thank you Jay! As someone who has been in the restaurant business for 17+ years, I appreciate your positive attitude sooo much. You really made my morning so much better!!

If i could give the customer service more, I would. Jay took my order and he was just the sweetest person. He had a lot of knowledge on the menu and was incredibly welcoming. Definitely made my morning that much better. Ruby made my drink and she was super sweet too. I don’t drink coffee often but if i do i know where i am coming.
