Horrible experience with Jason the manager and another employee who was chatting and entertaining the cashier. I only said can I order? Tobthe cashier and the other woman started making a scene calling me rude.The manager was not able to make her accountable and lie saying she was ordering g.He didn't want to serve my order after that DISCRIMINATING against me for being hispanic.

A barista at this location must don't understand customer satisfaction. I requested to get a brown sugar oat milk iced shaken Expresso but with no ice. She told me the drink required ice to make it. I requested if she could make the drink with ice but after scoop the ice out. She lied and told me that she could scoop out a little ice but it still had to come with ice. I walked out went to another location that made it the way I requested. If I am paying nearly 7 bucks for a drink it should be prepared the way I want it. I have been to other locations who accommodated my request to have the drink without ice

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location was a major disappointment. While the service itself was friendly and efficient, the cleanliness was a serious issue. There was trash piled up, tables left dirty, and the overall space felt neglected. It was honestly so unclean that it was uncomfortable to even stand inside, let alone sit and enjoy a drink.
It’s really unfortunate because the staff seemed to be doing their best, but the environment made it hard to relax or feel good about being there. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and in this case, it completely ruined the experience.

Why is this store so cold & the staff left without discretion or ability to adjust it? It’s winter, it’s colder in here than outside because the ac is pumping. Along with the one up the street and many I’ve visited lately? It’s as if Starbucks doesn’t want customers to dine in or use as a meeting spot. If this is the case, become drive thru only. Or perhaps I need to just speak with my feet and quit Starbucks. Not in best service or interest of staff nor customers. Shame! To be clear, this is not a black mark on the staff…only in management

I had a great experience at this cafe the staff here goes above and beyond. When i order my cold brew and Mozzarella Sandwich the always remember my order and my name. Not many locations have outlets for me to get my work done but this location does. I want to give a shout out to chance, Jules, dalena, Lea for there great customer service. This location has limited parking due to shared business.

I moved to Encino over a month ago. This place (Starbucks 544) became my hang out place I spent my time and meetings in this Starbucks everyday The service and hospitality of these guys are amazing Chance, esteban, David, zeke, Caroline and few others whom I can’t remember their names I want to thank you guys
Love the staff! I'm disappointed all the pride flags and displays were taken down. It felt really inclusive and safe here, was super awesome to walk in and see those even after June ended. I don't know the reasoning for the various pride flags to be taken down but it is disheartening when that was one of the reasons I enjoyed this location so much. Again, staff are great, no complaints in any other aspect.

Was driving somewhere else but saw this Starbucks and decided to stop. Ordered an iced tea and an orange cake pop. While I normally don't order cake pops, this one is delicious. Since it was midafternoon, it was busy the service was quick. Next time I'm in the area, I will stop by again.
