I have decided to put a one star at this Starbucks because this is the third or fourth time they close the shop an hour and a half before closing time. This is really frustrating because I like the service at this Starbucks and its the closest in walking distance PLUS I like to dine in. I always check if the shop is open online and the past times I've gone, the shop is fully closed. Honestly, this ruins my day and it really shouldn’t happen.

I've been coming here often since July to Septmber of 2024. Their cofees and frapuccinos are my favorite, I also love their egg with bacon for breakfast as well as their deserts. Their staff are usually nice and quick.

I had a really uncomfortable experience due to one of the baristas, Jason. His appearance was extremely unhygienic — the hickeys on his neck were very noticeable and unprofessional for someone working in food service. It honestly looked disgusting and gave a bad impression of the establishment.
On top of that, while I was sitting in the lobby, he was speaking very loudly and using vulgar language, which made the environment unpleasant and inappropriate for customers. Overall, it felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I hope management addresses this because it reflects badly on the business.

I was fist in the queue and cashier (she ) did not see me and when next person came , went to cashier started to order when I said i was in the line i wait to you call me she get angry and behaved very bad

I've been to dozens of Starbucks's but there's something special about this one. The staff at the drive through especially the girl who hands the drinks are not only kind but thorough. They ask for details and make the coffee fresh unlike other Starbucks nearby. I appreciate the team here, 10/10

Horrible costumer service ask to make other cop of coffee lady didn’t want do it and then try to make it didn’t add it nothing what was been ask from begging please do better in future not going put her name up her but starback you guys need work on your workers this is sad

Ok so start off by saying that as soon as I arrive it took a moment for the workers to even take my order and there were like 7 or 8 workers in front of me. Then the girl that took my order didn't seem so happy and you can feel she wasn't being patient while I was asking questions about a drink. I order a drink with brown sugar and when I got my drink and tasted it there was no sugar at all and then I told the same girl about my drink no having sugar and then she went to make it and she for sure put sugar but a lot of sugar! you can tell she did it on purpose because she had to remake my drink! Horrible attitude and Services
