Do not go here. They closed all their electrical sockets. You can't charge anything. No phones or laptops.
Im a college student who lives at home. I need a quiet place to study. I bought a drink and went to sit down only to find out all the sockets were closed up. Go Somewhere Else.
To the manager: consider bringing these back. A starbucks is not a starbucks without a place for people to plug in their laptops and study/work. How selfish of you.

Store hours say 4:30am open, Drive thru was open but Store was NOT open. I couldn’t drive thru because I was in a Sprinter van. When knocking on the window to get attention all I got was a high five hand gesture…does that mean 5 minutes or 5 am… this time was 4:40am…

So I visited this Starbucks in the morning to there little to zero issues. The evening team on the other hand is a different story. I placed a mobile order at 4:03PM 7/20/24. Starbucks app said my drink would be available by 4:12 PM. I tend to wait 2-3 mins just in case it’s not ready. When I walked up to mobile order station I see that my drink was not ready, but I did notice multiple drinks at the drive thru counter. I have a seat for like another 2 mins. None of the staff members acknowledged me waiting when I walked. Everyone seemed dedicated to "helping" the drive thru line, but might I add the Drive thru e line was not extremely busy as it is not peak hours. So I go to cashier station to ask for my mobile order. Turns out my drink was sitting at the drive thru section. However, I do not know for how long, but it seemed long enough the drink looked "deflated". One of the young men overhears me asking for my drink from the cashier and proceed to "remake" my drink by shaking it with more ice before passing it to me. He ignored me numerous times prior to me waiting for my mobile order. I didn’t say anything, to none of the employees. Personally, if the staff doesn’t want to be bothered with mobile orders why sit all the mobile orders on a whole different counter and then go out of their way to ignore the customer. It’s weird and rude. I calmly took my items and sat down just to type this. Might I add it was 6 people on floor and not a one person checked on the people waiting for a mobile order?

this place is amazing the people are so friendly and when my dad i went to the starbucks at raplhs we got two venti iced mochas and butter croissant for us to share i hope he liked his first starbucks experience

The staff is the worst, Elva in particular. My order was wrong and instead of being decent and professional about it she turned her back towards me and started talking about me. Her huge back was intentionally facing me the entire time I waited for my breakfast. Starbucks should replace her with a healthy kind individual that has customer service.

Horrible Starbucks. They will charge you extra for an extra shot of espresso but won’t actually put the extra shot of espresso in your drink.
