So I visited this Starbucks in the morning to there little to zero issues. The evening team on the other hand is a different story. I placed a mobile order at 4:03PM 7/20/24. Starbucks app said my drink would be available by 4:12 PM. I tend to wait 2-3 mins just in case it’s not ready. When I walked up to mobile order station I see that my drink was not ready, but I did notice multiple drinks at the drive thru counter. I have a seat for like another 2 mins. None of the staff...

If you think you can just swing by, grab your drink, and be on your way — think again. This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to when it comes to mobile or takeaway orders.
You’ll waste so much time waiting, even if you ordered in advance through the app. Be prepared to be late for work, your meeting, or wherever you’re headed — because time literally freezes here.
