A week ago I ordered 12 inch sub in the app from another location (not my preferred location in Encino) and I got screwed. No bread toasting or cheese. So on May 8th I ordered from my preferred location which is this one. This time bread was toasted but there was also no cheese. My guess that with sales on footlong subs they try to save as much money as possible by not including cheese and hoping no one will notice.

No free drinking water is offered !first time I experienced an eatery without free drinking water. Franchise should reprimand owner ! There are a lot of bad reviews .

I ordered a foot long roast beef, with wheat bread, got home with 45 minutes to 1hr...had severe dyharia....with stomach aces. Called back, spoke to the manager, she argued with me, that it does not happen THAT FAST!!!!!OK! SHE KNOWS BEST.

Great Subway.. stopped in here with my Daughter, Grandson and my Son In Law... we all ordered here to take with us to the beach... and everything was as aspected... terrific... great staff here too.. very friendly... I will return again. Thanks.
