Got violently ill the last 2 times my work paid for this pig slop. Nice that it comes with a side of boots to lick.
I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls
The worst customer service.
How can you pay $30 for a salad and they deliver a bowl of lettuce? You order double chicken and pay a premium to receive none?
And it’s impossible to get a hold of them over the phone.
I’m never ordering from here again

On a Sunday with no other customers in line but the lady was trying to rush me through and I had to ask her are you in a rush to be somewhere or something? She was huffing when I'm taking 3 seconds to decide my dressing. And don't stuff pre made dressing in container in my bowl without asking. I have no idea where that container has been that you just went in the back to get.. Asked for it on the side not stuffed inside my bowl

Honestly, I never thought a simple visit to a familiar place could leave such a bad impression. I’ve been a loyal customer of this chain for years and always believed they respected their guests — but today proved me wrong. I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted to use the restroom quickly before ordering food. Instead of understanding, the staff member said: “Buy a drink, use the restroom, then come back and pay again for your food.” In that moment, I realized — there’s no respect for customers here. It wasn’t just rude, it was humiliating. It’s a shame that one employee’s behavior can damage the reputation of the entire brand. I truly hope management pays attention and replaces her
I’ve read many reviews, and it’s clear that the main problem with this place is the rude and disrespectful staff. They don’t value their customers at all and act in a way that drives people away instead of welcoming them. This is unacceptable! Where is the manager who should be responsible for service quality? If this continues, no one will want to come here anymore.
The employees at this location behave arrogantly and without any respect or basic decency. I refuse to tolerate such treatment and want everyone to know that customers are not respected here. I truly hope management takes action and replaces these workers before it’s too late
I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

This review is for the people who were working last week on Tuesday. I needed a large order ready and they were quick to fulfill it, and were so kind about doing so as they were starting to close up. Give my girl Arissa a raise, she absolutely killed it.
