The chicken teriyaki fries are unreal. I have cravings for this all the time. The servers were quick and friendly!

I always loved the original location in Canoga Park. Since I heard of this new location in Encino, I had to give it a try. Food taste exactly the same which is a great thing with the great large portion size. Only difference is the location and venue itself. It's a lot newer, "more upscale". More of a pristine/clean appearance than the old one

Service is very slow. Quality of food is great, however too saucy. Inside sitting is plenty. Needs some air ventilation though to avoid smelling like a teriyaki after walking out.

Food is very good, and comes in big portions. Try not to use grubhub because once their system didnt receive my order and I had to wait for food, but after I started calling them for pick up it was always on time!Parking: They have parking in the back that they validate for 1 hour.
The food was delicious!!!I brought my dog with my family and we sat outdoor. They even offered water for my dog without asking.If you like spicy - ask for the roasted jalapeños on the side.

Food is delicious and very reasonably priced. 1000 times better than Waba Grill and about the same price. Unlike Waba, Steak and chicken were tender and juicy. Shrimp was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. Teriyaki sauce is also very good. I agree with the other review concerning the fried rice, however. It's definitely different. I personally liked it, but I could see someone finding it odd to have bell peppers in their rice. Still, quite flavorful, nonetheless. Server (Quiet young man) was very attentive and the chef was very nice and happy to hear we enjoyed our meal.

Meh. It's ok. Nothing special and that kinda sucks. I am often in the area and I wish the place was better than it is. Food orders come out fast, which is great if you're in a hurry but some things are best not rushed. I ordered teriyaki beef fries and dumplings but neither was really all that great. I ate it because I was hungry and paid $25 for it, but it just wasn't worth the money. The meat was essentially thin sliced beef with little flavor of its own. Heavily reliant on the sauce. The steak fries were ok. Seasoned alright but not really crispy even on the edges. The dumplings were the saddest dumplings I've ever seen in my life. They were definitely frozen, half cooked- meaning cold patches on the inside and soggy. The staff is very nice but the food isn't worth the visit. I hate leaving bad reviews but there just wasn't anything good about my last meal here.

I saw this place while driving to an appointment and I saw that it said teriyaki bowl and burger and I thought to myself that's strange but then when I came back from my appointment, I couldn't stop thinking about that place, I love myself a good burger. So I drove back to see what it was all about because on the sign, it said fresh quality food. my brother and I split a burger, chicken nuggets and my daughter got sliders, tater tots and french fries. Everything was amazing tasted really fresh and good quality meat and veggies. I will definitely come here again. The service needs some work but other than that everything was excellent.

This is really good. But the only thing is this isn't a tradition fried rice it has every single bell pepper in it and no eggs. If they took out some of these peppers and added egg it would take this to another level. It's good but let's just say it can be a guaranteed 10 instead of a high 7.5. TRUST ME GUYS TAKE OUT THE YELLOW PEPPERS RED PEPPERS. JUST ADD CARROTS AND EGGS
