Absolutely loved the dinner experience at Monaco Encino. Tasty drinks with a wonderful presentation, delicious homemade pasta, and I'm still thinking about their Malabi Martini dessert. The manager and servers were so nice and welcoming too! Definitely a place to try for a date night or girls night!

We were greeted by the General Manager Mark, very down to earth and very accomadating. The food was Fantastic. I recommend the Coastal Dorada was magnificent(Chef Kiss)?? Baby Chicken was delicious. The Oysters was to die for.?

This is the second time I dined here and very disappointed the second time. We really enjoyed the very first time. It was energetic and good food. Second time they changed the menu no entertainment and empty house. No wonder.
We had a selection of appetizer's which were perfectly cooked. My entree was the Cowboy steak frilled to my medium rare request. We finished off with the lava soufflé and ice cream. Beware the temperature is lava. It could have been a little sweeter but in hind site it left us settled without a sugar rush closer.

Our breakfast was very dry and the sushi rice was a day old. Overall experience was not enjoyable. Even the booth we sat at had statins on the white seat. They also had a live band at brunch who did not place proper brunch music. We stayed it out hoping thing would get better, we wish we left when we got there.

Had dinner last night we friends at 7;30 pm . I made the reservation on open table and then called them to make sure we will get a good table , which we did . Music starts with D.J starts later , I just wanted to make sure the place is not loud while we are having dinner . The music starts later at night so this is a great option to have dinner and if you are interested to stay longer you can . The service was first class , delicious appetizer and entrees. Cocktails were so good. The new manager came to our table and introduce himself, love that ! Our server was excellent and polite and informative . After our dinner the chef came to our table ! I am in hospitality industry seeing the chef be involve and care abuut the customer was refreshing . We will go back definitely and recommend this place to our friends and family . Thank you Monaco for a great night !
The cocktails were decent, though not particularly exciting. Appetizers were good. Creative fusion flavors and lots of fun textures. The entree we ordered- the grilled lobster, was the biggest miss of the night. The dish didn't come as described in the menu, and when I asked the server about it he did comp us some fries, but made a weird excuse about why the dish was different from the menu. It's was just a less pleasant interaction. The restaurant adds 18% gratuity automatically - that's fine, it's is displayed in the menu- but then proceeds to ask for another tip when you pay. This is not super classy, especially when the gratuity is automatically added and the recommended calculated tips then are a percentage of this post-gratuity total. I would go back and sit at the bar to order drinks and an app, but I won't venture down the menu again.

The overall experience was not too good for the following reasons: - server did not get our order right away and we are only allowed 90 minutes. She took our food order after 20 minutes when we got seated. And we have to ask another server to call her attention. - we had 2 orders that have not been served or was a bit late. It took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to serve the blueberry pancake. the fruit basket was never served. - front lady who checked on us if we need anything else, did not make a follow up on the rest of our order. - Overall our server was not too attentive to our needs. They still have a long way to properly serve their customers.

The overall experience was not too good for the following reasons: - server did not get our order right away and we are only allowed 90 minutes. She took our food order after 20 minutes when we got seated. And we have to ask another server to call her attention. - we had 2 orders that have not been served or was a bit late. It took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to serve the blueberry pancake. the fruit basket was never served. - front lady who checked on us if we need anything else, did not make a follow up on the rest of our order. - Overall our server was not too attentive to our needs. They still have a long way to properly serve their customers.

First, the staff were lovely, despite challenges with delayed food orders. The alcoholic drinks were decent. The mango margarita was served with dry ice steaming which was fun. The food was not good. Timing of service was off: my entree didn't arrive for 15 mins post friend's entree. Wrong food orders were delivered to the table. Long delays in getting food. The band, while fun, was so loud that we could barely hear each other and eventually, my ears began hurting. The ambiance of the room is great. Bottom line: This is a nice space in bad need of people who know how to run a restaurant.

Really weird brunch. Drinks were really good but they had a hodge podge of food—like eggs benedict and then sushi platters. The quality of good was also mediocre, we ordered the salmon eggs benedict and an omlette, and the portion size was really small for what it costed.
