The server was grat but the front desk didn't give us the table that we requested 4 days before the party even that we mentioned that to them also when we got there we told them that this is not the table we requested the answer we got was sorry all tables are recerved We always go there but this time was not we expect

Amazing food, terrific and super friendly service. Pro-tip: Fridays and Saturdays the place features professional entertainment from headliners from the Middle East. The show starts at 9p, so nobody —and I mean NOBODY— shows up before 830p those evenings. Except us. Naively, we went there Saturday evening a bit after 730p. We were literally the first and only patrons in this cavernous venue. The place is large and not intimate. We initially thought the restaurant —which looks and occasionally operates as a dining hall— was booked for a private event later the evening. Wrong. The staff kindly humored us and prepared a feast. Around 830, folks started to appear. We had other commitments so unfortunately we had to leave before the entertainment started. We'll be back another weekend evening. At 9.

I had a horrible experience here. First off there seems to be a lack of care for the guests. And I was disresepcted and met with a rude response so many times when inquiring about the food. I also noticed this place overworks their employees. They have 1 busser serving over 300 guests. That is Labor Abuse and should be reported to the City Labor board. They also have their worker lifting heavy trays with 20 plates on it. I think the owner is greedy and trying to cut costs by not having more workers but this is Labor abuse. They seem to not care about their workers or customers. It's all about how much money they can make which is extremely self centered. I also heard a girl was SA here by one of the owners. Report this place for Labor Abuse and have them looked into for the way they are running their business. They need to be held accountable. If you treat people unfairly and harrass them it comes back to you. Maybe start treating other people better instead of just thinking of yourself and how much money you make. People are starting to notice how you treat your customers and employees. Maybe the food wouldn't take so long if you had more bussers. I get you are trying to cut costs but you are overworking your staff and that's not right. Do better and remember. Treat others how you want to be treated. That's the golden rule which you business seems to not follow.

When we arrived, no one was in the restaurant except the owner sitting in the back! He said he didn't have any record of this reservation in his system, and that we should've called him before we came, and that they didn't even serve until dinner time!!! I showed him the confirmation on my phone, made for 1:15 pm, yet he said he didn't have it in his iPad, so we left. When you make a reservation and get a confirmation, you don't call a restaurant again before you leave your house to make sure they got you down!! This guy was a total idiot! I would've given him a zero out of five if that option was available!
We had a great time at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. The entertainment was a lot of fun. We didn't like where we were sitting initially. We told the waiter and it was no problem moving us to another table.

Music way too loud. They had a cigar bar for a private party, disgusting smell. How is that even allowed?!?! The food they made was great. They had a Mexican food station which was decent at nest..disappointing.
I will divide my review into 3 parts:Food : was below standard. Apetizers were only ok, none of it (hummas, motabal, taboule, fatouch, grape leaves, french fries, fried cheese roll and kebbe, raw kebbe, falafel) was up to standards. The most important comment is, the smell of the oil killed us, whatever they were frying in the kitchen, we were smelling it. The management must solve this issue.Service: was satisfactory, we were table of 16 , and on Thursday night , the place was not crowded . (It was karaoke night)Ambience: the karaoke band did good ambience, but the place was 80% empty. The restaurant is clean.
Beautiful place to have a private event.Everyone was awesome.Food was delicious.Definitely worth the drive from the south bay.

The waiters were kind and attentive. I enjoyed the belly dancing and live music. The food was good. I think this is by far the most tender chicken I've ever eaten. Those enjoying hookas had their stones reheated.
