The food & service were great .
No paper at towel dispenser .
Also, i noticed a worker sanitizing the counter with a towel and solution, over spraying the food / condiments at counter.

Imagine trying to order food in the evening, HOURS before closing time and they tell you they don’t have change for a $50 bill. That’s ridiculous. Garbage service. Garbage location.

I am very disappointed! The food quality was very poor. The burgers were dry and overcooked. The fries over and under cooked. I been coming here for more than 10 years and have never experienced this. I left still hungry and very disappointed. I was so thrilled to eat here today and left unhappy. The food was the worst. I am beyond angry that I spent my money here. I can’t describe how upset and disappointed I am.

Habit makes a good burger. Made fresh to order using good ingredients. They make your meal fresh, so expect to wait the time it takes to make your food. I had the double char with cheese and fries. The meal did not disappoint. This location is decent, with outdoor seating option.

Employees need to learn to read orders. I ordered a hamburger without cheese and didn’t realize they made it with cheese until I got home. Had to drive all the way back to get it re-made. Can’t even call ahead since they only have a general customer service number.

Had an OJ special. The BBQ chicken sandwich with no onions, no tomato, add an onion ring and it was delicious as always! You should ask for it! You won't regret it! Just walk up and say "1 OJ Special please!" And they will know what you are talking about (you might have to describe it for the new ppl). Then thank me later somehow. Probably in your head since we can't leave comments on reviews. Either way, you're welcome!

The lady working at 2:10pm on 12/20/24 at the register
Was rude. She told me she cannot help me and I need to use the kiosk. When I asked for help with the kiosk, she questioned me if I was really looking at all the options, as she didn’t even have a moment to show me. Terrible service. And the burger was cold.

Everything is great, but the switch to Pepsi products is very disappointing. Please at least add another diet soda option like diet Mountain Dew or diet Dr Pepper. Pepsi is just yuck!!!

Habit has apparently switched from Coke to Pepsi, which is an immediate 1-star from me. Price has gotten out of control as well. $36 for a chicken sandwich combo, double char, and strawberry shake. That used to cost $25 just a year or two ago.

Employees aren't helpful and they make you use kiosks which take forever to figure out and use vs talking to a human and they still have the audacity to ask for a tip. Oh, and they want to charge 60¢ for ranch now. Literally the worst nickel and dime-ing I've seen in a long time.

Literally sticking to In-n-Out from here out where I can more food, and better food for $25 — and their employees are still paid well, so I know this isnt about 'california fast food minimum wage law', get outta here with that nonsense.

How far Habit has fallen into the grasp of corporate greed...
