Hey Habit, I didn't realize the ranch was coming directly out of y'all's paychecks. A half tablespoon for 75 cents? For reference a friend picked up my order and brought it to me while I work from home. This Habit is only 10 minutes from me. I got exactly 8 whole fries and they were cold and soggy. THE BURGER was an absolute disaster. Soggy lettuce. Half a tomato, and the patty itself tasted like it was dropped on the floor a couple times and then put together. Sour taste. Basically my entire meal was inedible with my infant sized amount of sauce. I was just tired and stressed and hungry and this is what was made for me. Overpriced and severely overrated. Very disappointed. You'll never have my money again Habit. In n out and five guys could never do me like this. To all the employees that let this sh*** slide, Have the day you deserve.

The food's okay, but the store seems to be like a boat without a rudder. The app stopped working a week ago; it doesn't recognize my log in info so I can't order in advance. Long line to order, 9 more minutes to get food. Basic hamburger done "meh." Fries and/or onion rings are over priced and wimpy. And nobody can tell me how to get the app working again. I've reached out by the company's website "customer service" form, called the number provided for customer service, and it's just voice mail. Two full days later, no call back, no email, and I'm still frozen out of the app. Business and profits may be good for now,'but this lack of respect for customers will come back and bite The Habit in their bottom line. Won't be back till they get their act together. I encourage you to find somewhere else.

You wanna take a risk of losing your life? EAT HERE. Second visit to the Habit where I've been served a partially raw double hamburger following a medical visit. Tonight, I specifically told the young lady taking my order, a "Vero" to tell the cooks to make sure the hamburger patties were WELL DONE. Halfway through the burger, I see the raw pink meat. So I took the burger back and she says "Oh just throw it away" (not bothering to offer a refund) and then gives the following explanation "the cooks can't be poking the center to see if the meat is well done." Aside from the obvious that the staff are morons, I'm simply amazed that those cooks have no idea of food safety. That raw and undercooked meat can kill a person, or make them seriously sick. In my case, my 1 hour drive back to Boyle Heights via the 101 freeway was brutal as I felt nauseous. Got home, and immediately threw up what I could. Stay away from these morons.

Sadly I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Lacked professional management,service & quality of food that I always thought was excellent. Don't think I'm alone here - it used to be packed here on a Saturday afternoon & the place was pretty empty today. Dry tasteless burgers & fries just warm, not freshly prepared. Very disappointing & embarrassing (this place was my recommendation over another burger place down the street).

The chicken sandwich was just okay. The bun seemed old as it was falling apart. The women who took the order looked like she was forced to be there.

The food was subpar. I ordered a Cobb salad and although it he bowl was a decent size, it was a bowl of shredded lettuce with a whisper of the other ingredients that is supposed to make a cobb salad. It was very disappointing. I doubt I will come back to this location. I may try another simply to compare it with the disappointment I just experienced. Sorry folks, if you order to-go, don't expect much.

The burgers are really good. My all time favorite is the portobello mushroom burger. Next to that would be the steak sandwich. But, lately I have been on a cheese melt binge , quite simply can't get enough! The ladies at service are the best!I come here quite a bit. I feel right at home.Parking: There's always free parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is available for the restaurant.
