Was there in person food was good, but ordered to go and everything tasted terrible. Absolutely plain overcooked pasta, cold stale pizza got me ready mad! So disappointed. Never ordering again

I'm almost hesitant to rave about Mora Italiano, which has become my favorite Italian restaurant, because I'm scared they'll get too popular and I won't be able to get a table. Yeah, THAT'S how wonderful they are. Great authentic Italian food, and an incredibly charming staff. Charming interior, but I prefer to dine on the outdoor patio. After only two visits, I've grown quite fond of our server, Lucas, and his father, Fernando, who just happens to be the Sommelier. Very personable and lighthearted, while remaining professional and respectful. Their suggestions from food to wine never disappoint. My friend and I spent a few hours there last night. I will be spending some very special occasions at Mora from now on. The seabass with bucatini is delicious! Just go!

I am a regular at Coral Tree and finally tried Mora, their next door neighbor, for dinner with a friend last night and I am in love. The whole meal was a symphony from start to finish and the interior has this classic, yet cozy feel that we were all about. The burrata was an actual dream and my filet was exquisite and cooked exactly as I ordered it. We saved room for dessert cuz duh and the GF chocolate cake was the perfect finale to our night at Mora. We will be back. Very soon :)

I had the unfortunate experience of eating here. The food may have been okay, but the service was so disappointing and distasteful that I would never go back. The waiter was so rude and dismissive. When I explained the problems, the sarcasm started. Zero customer service but very rich on excuses of being understaffed.

this was our first time coming to this location, as the mora italiano by the grove was closed down. The pasta was honestly one of the best pastas i've had so creamy with a little spicy kick to it. Pizza was delicious with a nice crust. we tried the salad (tricolore), it was okay, it was little bitter, but we weren't sure what to expect. our waiter was great and was always coming to check on us. a nice spot for date night, it is very small so i wouldn't recommend coming with a larger group than 2-4.

This might be a lengthy one, booked a party of 10 for my wife's birthday, we ordered drinks from the waiter, the bus boy and the "Sommelier" who we thought was the manager but acted more like a waiter. The waiter I wont use his name just his initials L.T. was like a dear caught in the headlamps was bringing one drink at a time as he appeared to be on overload. I looked at all the wonderful pictures on Yelp BUT the menu only represented a few dishes not even close to the amount of pics I saw. I noticed after 30 minutes of nobody taking our order I had to try to salvage the evening, I took the waiter and sommelier aside and told them to please not ruin the evening and step it up, I was met with sarcasm and smirks. After about an hour we finally started getting our food after I had to press them again, they even offered in a rude fashion that I should go in the back and help, sporadically, me and my wife got our Caesars salad and after everyone finished there meal I asked where our main course was, they of course made an excuse and said it was coming but they clearly forgot, we took it to go. And now the effort to get desert from this dump, another 30 minutes, my sister even tried to straighten out there staff and was met with combative behavior. The waiter LT could not be more rude from start to finish and the so called sommelier who didnt even have Italian beer in stock could only drop his head in shame. I could go on and on but whatever they wouldnt care anyway, the bill came and they charged $5 each for the mini cans of soda $30 for 6, the other menu items were also inflated mostly the drinks, they tried to charge 18.50% gratuity which I refused to pay, being a waiter for years when I was young this is the first time I refused to give a gratuity. LT the waiter while I was paying went outside to tell my brother that we cost him his job, I checked the next day and realized that it was nonsense just him being a crybaby, maybe he should try dishwashing. I would like to thank Mora for probably one of the worst dining experiences I have had in many years and ruining my wifes birthday. I looked at the other yelp reviews and noticed a lot of the same issues as I had maybe they should regroup and hire some real staff. Oh forgot the food, it was okay nothing you couldnt get at Olive Garden but at least there you would get a smile

Great dinner at an amazing restaurant, party of 4, we order 2 appetizers, 4 main dishes , and 4 desserts, every single item was wonderful, tasty and felt very fresh, the service was great and friendly, will definitely come back.

I celebrated my BD yesterday and we had a party of 10. From the beginning everything went wrong!!! We got our drinks and relatively fast 2 pizzas. Obviously that was gone fast and we already put our orders for dinner. Well we were waiting and waiting and waiting at least another hour. My husband finally went to our waiter and he told him " it's a big order and they are still cooking, do you want to go and help them to cook ?" Which my husband replied "sure I will " what kind of waiter asks his customer this kind of question ? So me and my husband split a salad and pasta ( I eat very little) . Finally they brought entrées for everyone and we got only our salad. After everyone finished eating we still had no entree for us. Again my husband asked if they forgot about our pasta. Our smart ass waiter replied that they haven't. Obviously he did because it took another 30 minutes for our pasta !!! When they finally brought it to us , we said " do you really expect us to eat in front our guests who are ready to have a dessert and go home? " We took it to go which I wanted to send it back. Overall the food was tasty but no one will ever come back to this place because the service was beyond horrible!!!! They didn't even have manager on duty!!! Who does operate this place????!!!! Disaster!!! Unfortunately, because food was good !!!! Shame!!!!

We love the live music and authentic Italian food. The pasta isn't drenched in sauce and you can taste and respect the flavor. The service is great as well.

Really great. The owner was nice and funny. Small neighborhood place that was phenomenal. Chicken and meatballs were the highlight.

Very cute cozy Italian restaurant first time dining. Because it was Valentine the staff was very busy so that is why we received fair service and food taste was not so great. Chicken Milanese had a lot of lemon. Overpowered with lemon. I would go back on a random day to try them out again.

Disappointing

Romantic atmosphere, but the service was very slow, the food and wine very expensive, and the food was way too salty. Very disappointed as we have been here before when the food was excellent

Great ambiance, delicious food, large menu, comfortable seating and wonderful accommodating staff. We will be back! The best restaurant we have been to in a long time! You feel at home and super comfortable, with plenty of food to take home! Great prices for large portions too.
