If you’re picking up or getting delivery, they won’t give you any of the sauces you order. I have ordered 5/6 times and left notes on every order in all caps and never get the ranch/BBQ I ordered. Good food but come on, really frustrating.

The Stand in one of my favorite, casual dining places. The people are friendly and helpful beyond expectation, and I have never in perhaps 10-12 years had a single item that was prepared incorrectly or had to go back to the kitchen. A wonderful place to sit and relax and have wonderful, appealing, tasty food, served as quickly as any place in Los Angeles.

Pretty good hamburger place. The burgers are big and delicious and the fries are normally fresh and delicious. Love coming here. They have a nice parking lot and plenty of parking. They have covered patio which is nice. The only drawback is the place is small

I really love the Stand in Northridge so I came here with some friends. I usually get the kale quinoa salad but opted this time for the falafel wrap. It sounded good but really missed the mark. The tortilla was so dry and brittle, it cracked off while I bit into it. The inside was super dry and the falafel was burnt. All around not good. My husband liked his tuna press so I add a star for that. The restaurant was mostly clean and well kept. I guess stick to the Northridge location.
I've had it with this place!! (The Stand in Encino) I always order the Cobb salad and I can't even count how many times they've served it with blue cheese in it that is past its prime and tastes "off". I have actually spoken to the owner of this location about it in the past, but when nothing is done to change the problem after months & months, I think it's time to share this info and give up on the place. How hard is it to dump your left over cheese out each night after closing and serve fresh cheese each day?? I've wasted too much money on this same issue at this point!! If they serve off cheese, what other food items might they also be cutting corners on that we can't even taste??? Scary to think about!!! I also just found a long black hair at the bottom of my hot dog container when I picked it up to eat. I'm a blond, so it certainly wasn't my own hair. Disgusting!! This was a TAKE OUT order so once I get it home to eat there isn't much that can be done!

The burgers here are ways delicious. Our favorite is the ABC Burger. The bacon is always amazingly crispy and the avocado is super fresh. If you have a small mouth like I do then it will be a struggle on the first few bites but it is worth it! I love sitting outside at this location! There can be a bit of car noise in the background depending on the amount of traffic, but the ambiance of the outdoor seating cancels out the noise from the street. Be warned, parking can be difficult to find!
