Tower of Babel, Ivory Tower - towers can get a bad rep. That said, Tower Café may finally change the Tower tide. A delightful café on the 3rd floor of a standard Ventura Blvd office building, Tower Café features a variety of delicious lunch and breakfast items at profoundly reasonable prices. I got the scrumptious turkey sandwich, replete with fresh veggies and a bag of chips (not pictured), all for less than $10! For a quality lunchtime meal that won't break the bank, scale the skyscraper of sandwiches that is the Tower Café.
