Tower of Babel, Ivory Tower - towers can get a bad rep. That said, Tower Café may finally change the Tower tide. Small mom and pop cafe on the third floor of 16000 Ventura blvd building. Super friendly owners, good for breakfast and lunch. My favorite is the breakfast burrito and curry rice for lunch.
