The manager is very friendly and professional. I am in a wheelchair, and some of the front desk staff ignore me. I came with my nurse. She waited in line twice and told them I needed to order, showing I was where the handicapped sign was. Both times, they ignored her and went to the next customer. When I said you sipped me, they said I have to wait in line. I did three times but they ignored my nurse.
The staff also does not assist my nurse. She was sold two tiny cream cheese instead of the ones in the refrigerator. Plus i do not get a bakers dozen ever. They sell 12 but i say its 13 and they corrct me. I never have these issuss in Van Nuys. Nor when the manager assists me.

Drove 25min back and explained the situation, didn’t even get an apology. I would much prefer trusting that my order is correct when my bag is handed to me…

Amazing Bagels and Bialys fresh from the factory along with cream cheeses and various beverages. Open 24 hours a day. Nothing fancy and no Credit or Debit Cards, just plan old American Cash. They do have an ATM.

My wife and I stopped by this Western Bagel inside Encino Courtyard today. I got the hot turkey sandwich in a blueberry bagel and my wife got her jalapenos cheese bagel. They give a lot of cream cheese on the bagel so remember to ask for it on the side. There indoor seating and also outdoor seating here. The customer service here is amazing and there enough parking in the back lot.

First off, let me say that my sourdough bagel was delicious and the young person who served it was polite and friendly. I’m very sorry to say anything negative! My issue is that so much butter was added to the bagel that it leaked through the second bag I was given (after asking for a replacement because the first bag also had butter smudged all over it and got on my purse)…got back to my car and had butter all over my pants! Perhaps management could just remind the lovely people preparing food that heaps of butter are probably not necessary and that clothes can be ruined this way. Many thanks…

Employees also need to be asked to change/put on their gloves after going in the back. Should not need to be asked by the customer to practice basic hygiene.

The food is good and the employees are nice. Ordering there is fine and it usually doesn’t take too long. However, something is wrong with their mobile order system. I waited over 30 minutes for my order in the shop even though I got a notification saying it was ready. None of the employees were coming over to help us even though there was a line of people waiting to pick up their mobile order. When I finally got my order it was completely wrong. Someone fixed it for me and was really nice about it but the wait time was kind of ridiculous.
