Yogurtland Encino

After talking to a couple of the employees, I'm going to avoid this location at all costs. The way they get treated by management is abysmal. Just go somewhere else.

It is pretty clear based off of management's attitude and employee morale that there is some level of disorganization going on behind the scenes. Employees seem like they don't want to be there and I can't blame them. As a customer I'd rather go somewhere else as well. Management just leaves a lot to be desired. I'd would recommend almost any other yogurt place.

We really love this chain of places, but this particular location is our favorite, even though it’s a bit farther to get to.
The main reason is that they always have the mandarin sorbet (vegan), which is absolutely delicious!
The service and everything else are also excellent.

They don't care for their employees and show extreme favoritism and allow the manager to violate protocol and steal product. They also don't clean their machines property. I swear I caught a whiff of mold in the yogurt they served me...

I only gave it a 1 star due to the fact that this company does not care for its employees! There is A WILDFIRE RIGHT BEHIND THIS PLACE, do you not care for your own staff??? For their own safety??? FOR THEIR OWN HEALTH??!! Clearly you guys care more about the money more that’s really sad. The employees there are lovely and don’t deserve to work in these terrible conditions. DO BETTER FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES

Yogurt is great, many flavors to choose from. Help is friendly, but the atmosphere isn't the best. Maybe clean & brighten up the seating outside.

This is a great place for grandkids because they can serve their own yogurt and request their own toppings. My wife and I joined them so there were 4 people enjoying yogurt. That was the good news. I am a retired businessman who could afford the $35 tab. How could a regular family? That was with no tip as the only service provided was paying the bill.

We love Yogurtland yogurt, but about every other time I come here with my son (and we come a lot!), Hot Fudge has run out. When I ask if there is any more available, I am told that it is going to take 1 HOUR, because it needs to unfreeze... I don't understand - is this your first day of running the store??? This is very disappointing and ruins the experience. If this continues, we will have to switch to Menchie's...
