This is a great place for grandkids because they can serve their own yogurt and request their own toppings. My wife and I joined them so there were 4 people enjoying yogurt. That was the good news. I am a retired businessman who could afford the $35 tab. How could a regular family? That was with no tip as the only service provided was paying the bill.

It smells like vomit in here. It's nauseating. I don't understand how the employees can work here for an 8 hour shift without doing something about it.

Filthy tables. Sticky floor. Unfriendly employees. I don't recommend this location. Go somewhere else.

It's yogurtland corporate so they've got a uniform product and that's the only reason they get three stars and not two--cuz they didn't completely screw it up. HOWEVER, the place smells of foul cheese (easily could be the stench of vomit) and when I brought it to the clerk's attention, she rudely said, "I don't smell anything" and looks at me and my son like we fell from outer space. Meanwhile, my 5YO is physically covering his nose with his mouth because it smells so badly in their shop. We proceed to get our ice cream and for the toppings, everything is still, in 2023, still behind glass and the same unfriendly clerk has to now wait on us just to get toppings on our soft serve. Talk about sucking the fun out of the outing. It's 2023 folks, move on from the germ-phobia.

We love Yogurtland yogurt, but about every other time I come here with my son (and we come a lot!), Hot Fudge has run out. When I ask if there is any more available, I am told that it is going to take 1 HOUR, because it needs to unfreeze... I don't understand - is this your first day of running the store??? This is very disappointing and ruins the experience. If this continues, we will have to switch to Menchie's...

First time trying to have frozen yogurt in a while and I asked for a sample cup, something I've always been used to having while getting frozen yogurt. This is for obvious reasons - I wanted to try before I buy, again as I'd always been used to. When I was told that they don't do samples, I was taken aback. I didn't even get anything; I just walked out. I'm not going to pay for something I don't even know if I like. No thanks. Horrible business practice for a frozen yogurt place.

I must say, I was quite disappointed. Firstly, the absence of samples is absolutely crazy! How can I make an informed choice without trying a few flavors? Secondly, the prices are getting out of hand. It's becoming quite an expensive treat for what used to be a budget-friendly option. Overall, not the Yogurtland experience I remember.

Are you kidding me? No samples to taste different flavors of ice cream? Service includes Couple of kids that just hang out and make the place their playground! Ambiance like others, overall for kids not ice cream lovers.
I've stopped coming here and going to Menchies across the street.Reason: Tipping.This is self serve frozen yogurt if you don't get toppings. Why is the business owner asking customers to pay tip for workers when we are doing all the work ?Pay the workers the apprropriate salary and stop making us have that awkward moment at the counter. Menchies doesn't do this so I've been going there with my family over the summer.If you want to avoid the uncomfortable "tip" situation, consider somewhere else.The yogurn is fine but its frozen yogurt and you can get this anywhere.

So strange they don't even offer samples! I have never been to an icecream/yogurt that does not offer samples. I get limiting samples, but not to be able to try before is off. The yogurt itself is good.
