“3/29/2025 - We went to celebrate my favorite sister-in-law's birthday number 55! We had a great time. The music was awesome, and at the last minute, we were able to secure tables for gathering. Drinks were small but had good taste. Servers would come around often, and the club floor was nice to dance on.“

“These guys were great. I have celiacs, a gluten allergy, and they baked my hot wings and french fries just so I could eat. I really appreciate that as it's really hard to find good food.That's gluten free. They went out of their way to do this for me. The food was excellent! I highly recommend their hot wings and french fries! Delicious!“
“Love this place. One bad thing is that the new to-go containers ruins the food. By the time it gets home the moisture from the steam makes the bread soft and rubbery. If you can eat in store tho, you will be delighted. Fingers crossed they go back to the old to go containers (cardboard boxes)“

“Love the free love dancing Tuesday abs Thursday evenings 7 to 9. The instructor is great and everyone there is nice and welcoming. Plus Thursday starting at 9 is ladies night with a Dj/ kareoke. I can't wait to try the new country swing lessons on Sunday evenings at 6.“

The staff go above and beyond. They remember your favorite order, give you a quick nod to confirm, and usually have it ready by the time you sit down. It’s small details like that that make the experience feel personal and welcoming.
One time, I even found myself in a fun arm-wrestling match with one of the staff members—turns out he’s a bit of a legend in that world. You never know who you’ll meet or what you’ll experience here, and that’s part of the charm.

“My wife and I drove from Lodi to Marcella's last night in search of the "Carmen's Tapatia" we enjoyed so much back in the 1970-s when we were dating. I ordered the shredded beef tapatia, and she had the grilled chicken tapatia, and both were fantastic! Our server, (Natalia?) was also 1st rate. It was like time travel. Our 40+ year search for that uniquely special tapatia flavor is now over. We met the gracious Marcella too, and she filled us in on the historical Carmen's connection between her family and the tapatia creations that made Carmen's locally famous back when. We can't wait to go back and take our friends to experience more Marcella's Tapatias!“

“Highly understaffed. Multiple times we've been and waited for long periods of time to be acknowledged, and waited on. We usually wait it out, but tonight was ridiculous. We were told to wait 15 minutes while servers got caught up. We were then seated and walked by multiple times by multiple servers and ignored for 25 minutes. We finally decided to leave after a table that had been seated after us was waited on. If there was a manager on site, we never saw them. Do better! We will likely not be returning.“

“At this point I'm pretty much a regular. Excellent service, friendly atmosphere and welcoming clientele keep me coming back. The bar itself has a mostly wooden interior & feels like a proper dive bar. It's got alcohol, a jukebox, pool table & free wifi... What else do u need? 5/5 will visit again“
