Sat at the drive-thru speaker for over five minutes. Said hello a few times, someone eventually responded that they'd be with me in a moment, and then never came back. I never even got to place an order.
Drove up to the window and waited while employees walked by again and again, completely ignoring me. Not one person acknowledged I was there.
I get that things get busy. Inside, outside, all of it. But if you're going to offer a drive-thru, you should be able to manage it. This place never does. Every time it's the same issue.
It's happened on multiple occasions with no improvement.
If you can't handle both areas of service, stop offering both. Board up the window and be done with it.
If you actually want good food, good service, and to actually place an order, go to Sno White in Oakdale. 100% worth it every time.

I ordered the bacon breakfast burger she asked me what side would I like with that? I thought it just came with it so I ordered the onion rings. They were good but the burger breakfast sandwich came on an English muffin. It was small came with a half a piece of bacon, the waitress went back and got another piece a whole piece, but it still wasn't worth it not at all. The bill was $23 plus I tipped them. It was a ridiculous amount of money for that little burger. It didn't have flavor. i didn't even Taste the egg. I guess it already broke before I got it cause I couldn't even Taste it cheese was extremely small and what hashbrowns were on. There were dried up and Bernt

Can't go wrong with there great juicy flavorful burgers and milk shake and root beer float, and they are very friendly eith great customer service and Pets are welcome they have pet treats for your dogs

Food was great and fresh. Really enjoyed the seasoned french fries. The portion size to price ratio was very reasonable. Service was slightly slow when it came time to pay, but overall, the server was attentive and friendly.
