Store #32330 – Pearl River, LA Service & Accuracy: The Drive-Thru staff is consistently rude. The Order Confirmation Board is often not used or not updated, so I cannot see my total or my items before paying. Menu Issues: Staff refuses to take special orders through the Drive-Thru. Additionally, iced coffee orders are consistently wrong (specifically, being served plain coffee over ice when Vanilla was ordered). No sugar free ice coffee i tried to order Product Quality: Food quality is poor; biscuits are frequently hard/overcooked, and sandwiches are poorly assembled and falling apart in the packaging. Availability: The store is frequently "out of coffee," which is unacceptable for a fast-food breakfast location.

Staff is horrible! Manager is disrespectful and allows other employees to be disrespectful to guest as well. This review isn’t based off of my experience today. My experience today is very common At this Escalon location. I ordered on the mobile app today. I went to pick up my food. I waited in the pick up spot for almost 20 minutes before going inside to make sure that my order was indeed going to be coming out. The dining room was full of students from the high school that is down the street so they were busy. There was a child up at the register in front of me asking about her order and so after she was done being told that they are busy and taking the orders as they received, I quickly asked about my order And was basically told the same thing that they’re busy Which is fine and I can clearly see that. As soon as that worker went back, another older, gray haired lady popped out and told me and the child at the counter that “ If you would Stop bothering her and let her get back here, she can bag up the food. I was a taken back when she Spoke so disrespectful to us even though we were just there waiting for our orders that were extremely delayed. I asked another worker to speak to a manager finally, a manager came out, and I was explaining what had happened to that manager with the other employee and while I’m trying to talk to the manager, the lady that was disrespectful, decided to join the conversation and talk over me when I was trying to have a conversation with the manager. Neither of them apologized. They just said it’s busy. I can tell that it’s busy and I can’t change that and I’m being patient about my food. They clearly were upset stressed out and taking it out on the customers and I don’t think the lady saw that I was an adult. She literally thought she was talking to one of the kids in there and after talking to the kids in the dining room they say that this is how she talks to the kids frequently They treat children they’re horribly. I will be contacting corporate because our little town just got this McDonald’s about a year ago and that has been the biggest problem is just the staff every McDonald’s food taste the same. The difference is the staff and this is horrible. They all need to be retrained.

Ordered a big Mac didn't really have any lettuce in but just a couple little pieces didn't look like there was sauce on it till I took a bite and found in one spot and not shredded over bun

I ordered on the mobile app. It said it would be ready when I got closer. When i got there they said they don't have the grinch meal and I'll only get charged for the 2 kids meals. They were unable to provide me with s receipt stating this. They sent out a poor worker that has no idea what's going on instead of the lazy manager. They made me sit in the parking lot for almost 30min before I went back through the drive through to re inquire they told me they couldn't give me a receipt stating that. Then I asked for corporates number and they said we don't have that and slammed the window in my face. I wasted my whole night on something that should have been a very easy dinner. I will never take my kids to mcdonalds ever again. If this is how you think your employees should act that is a shame and I'll let everyone know that.

They forget to add sweetener to the regular iced coffee. Has happened numerous times. They either forget altogether, or add vanilla instead of the plain syrup.

Gateway Park absolute joke, been waiting 30 minutes for our food to be served via the drive thru. we have been here in this situation many times in the past. We are certainly going to start to boycott this particular restaurant.

Ordered my food in drive thru on my way to work 2 double cheeseburgers extra pickles extra onions extra meat small fry 15$.
Sat in drive thru for a while got my food no extra meat.
Went inside and of course no one at counter finally get someone she take my bag I tell her the order was wrong (the receipt in the bag)
Finally after another 10 minutes I gave up had to get to work.
Very solid business plan take customer's money, mess up order, frustrate customer, keep the receipt, I'll stick to the McDonald's in riverbank.

Ordered online for a delivery from the Alma restaurant in Chesterfield. When it arrived one of the items was missing ( a Big Mac) this is the second time this has happened in a number of weeks. I contacted the delivery people as the store will not deal with this issue & this morning I have been notified I will receive a refund of £2.95 this doesn’t even cover the cost of a Big Mac, it is an insult. You have failed to provide what I ordered & I expect a refund to match what I ordered. Not Happy
