they're always slow they have no customer service skills. check this out I got to McDonald's or pawnee and Seneca, I had ordered my food on the app and when I get there the guy tells me we are all out buns so if you want a sandwich can get without the bun whatever remind you I didn't mobile order I already pay for my food and everything i had ordered the little $5 meal that comes with four piece nugget McChicken or McDouble small fries and small drink okay my order comes to 591 so I asked him instead of the sandwich could you just throw in two more pieces of chicken nuggets since I'm already getting four piece he tells me no now I don't know what the big deal was cuz the six piece chicken nugget meal is the only thing I get at McDonald's and that comes with medium sized drink and fries remind you my drink n fries are small so both meals basically comes roughly to the same price it's just off by some change. in your opinion how should this situation been handled? cuz to me if a customer said hey instead of the sandwich since u don't have no buns could I just get two more pieces of chicken nuggets instead of the sandwich since it's not going to actually be a sandwich I would have said yes, that's something that was going to make the customer happy. then on top of that my fries is cold the chicken patty that they have put in a sandwich box with the tomatoes and pickles I requested also the Mayo that comes on the sandwich but no buns wasn't even hot

I find it amazing that your prices are expensive.
Burger King is cheaper and better.
Dairy Queen is cheaper and better. Denny's burgers are better and cheaper. EVEN A BURGER AT THE HILTON is cheaper.
Your kiosk is horrible. And I calculated out prices from the kiosk listings, and they dont match the price on checkouts. It is like you're cheating us somewhere. Adding something to the prices on the kiosk.
You cant get refills anymore from the soda machine. And all others still allow refills.
Many restaurants are running circles around you McDonald's. You are losing customers. It is like hardly anyone is in them anymore. I used to see McDonald's packed with people long ago.
And the customer service is now vile and full of unfriendly people working.

Absolutely horrible service! I came tonight and asked before I bought a kids meal if they had sonic toys, they said yes. I get up to the window and get my kids meal and lo and behold it isn’t a sonic toy. The only thing my kid wanted. I asked for a refund and the very rude manager Quanisha ( not sure how you spell it) refused to give me a refund at first. Made me wait over 10 minutes and served others. Then slapped the money in my hand and shut the window in my face. She should not be a manager!!! The crew was also laughing

middleboro just had wife inline for over 1/2 hour for a mobile order and screwed id up as usual. dont waste time or money again. carver is now (at least) a decent restraunt without snippy managers that dont like to hear their inadequacies of their employees and service.
mcdonadls corp should take away francise rights as they give your corporation a black eye when it comes to customer satisfaction. the owner and manager should be held accountable....

I spent $195.00 there for my staff for lunch. They couldn’t apply the points on the app because it showed that I already did it! I didn’t! I called and emailed corporate 17 times and no resolution. Every time I called it was a different excuse of why it didn’t work! No more McDonald’s for us anymore! Burger King might give better customer service!

Terrible experience in Hong Kong Mcdonald. We ordered coffee and expecting cream and sugar served separately. In fact, we were told, there is no sugar and milk available even we pay for it. we must order the set meal or so call " White Coffee ". Finally I know white coffee is Latte, well it doesn't make sense no sugar and milk are provided for regular coffee.
The latest disappointment was tonight. Out of 5 cheeseburgers that we ordered, not one had onions or pickles on them. There was barely any mustard and ketchup on any of them. This is getting to be a habit with poorly fixed food. This is the Piney Forest Road, Danville, VA location.
