Bad food. Bad management.

I ordered on the mobile app. It said it would be ready when I got closer. When i got there they said they don't have the grinch meal and I'll only get charged for the 2 kids meals. They were unable to provide me with s receipt stating this. They sent out a poor worker that has no idea what's going on instead of the lazy manager. They made me sit in the parking lot for almost 30min before I went back through the drive through to re inquire they told me they couldn't give me a receipt stating that. Then I asked for corporates number and they said we don't have that and slammed the window in my face. I wasted my whole night on something that should have been a very easy dinner. I will never take my kids to mcdonalds ever again. If this is how you think your employees should act that is a shame and I'll let everyone know that.

They forget to add sweetener to the regular iced coffee. Has happened numerous times. They either forget altogether, or add vanilla instead of the plain syrup.

Gateway Park absolute joke, been waiting 30 minutes for our food to be served via the drive thru. we have been here in this situation many times in the past. We are certainly going to start to boycott this particular restaurant.

Ordered my food in drive thru on my way to work 2 double cheeseburgers extra pickles extra onions extra meat small fry 15$.
Sat in drive thru for a while got my food no extra meat.
Went inside and of course no one at counter finally get someone she take my bag I tell her the order was wrong (the receipt in the bag)
Finally after another 10 minutes I gave up had to get to work.
Very solid business plan take customer's money, mess up order, frustrate customer, keep the receipt, I'll stick to the McDonald's in riverbank.

Ordered online for a delivery from the Alma restaurant in Chesterfield. When it arrived one of the items was missing ( a Big Mac) this is the second time this has happened in a number of weeks. I contacted the delivery people as the store will not deal with this issue & this morning I have been notified I will receive a refund of £2.95 this doesn’t even cover the cost of a Big Mac, it is an insult. You have failed to provide what I ordered & I expect a refund to match what I ordered. Not Happy

Absolutely terrible service!! McDonald’s store #16473. Took an hour to not get our food and to get our money back and they still shorted us almost $2.00 for nothing.

It was a nice and enjoyable time. Haven't had that experience in a long time. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Even though the order was done through the Kiosk, the delivery was exceptional. Workers were great, especially Mgr Nancy!!!

Ordered a two cheeseburger meal with extra pickles - which they charge me for. Each burger has 2 pickles. I called to complain- Ha! A cheeseburger apparently only comes with one pickle, so the two pickles I got was extra pickles. What a joke! No wonder McDonald’s is struggling

Never ever ever go to McDonalds in Ringgold. Honestly I never go to McDonalds but grandkids wanted to play on playground. Enter our order at kiosk and sat down. Long time went by and food was brought to people who came in after us. Went to counter, an order “similar “ to ours was there. I ask the gentleman the number of the order. He said, in a rather angry tone , that is 773, I called it out 5 times. I said I am sorry we thought it would be brought to table. This was our error we did not enter a number to deliver to table. Hated to but had to ask the gentleman for 4 cups, even though drinks were on the order, no cups were with the order. Brought food to table went to get drinkis one of which is a lemonade. Could not find lemonade at drink station. Ask a different lady behind the counter that I did not see lemonade. She said lemonade has never been out there we only have that behind the counter. My question was why waste that not with my order since it was on the ticket. No comment from her. I know the is long but do not go there. Here are some pictures of the store and a visitors granddaughter had sitting beside her. The store was nasty. I never make post like this but this was to much. Please share. PS - My grandson Graham just found green poop on the toilet in the bathroom.
