The short guy with the curly hair is rude and a liar. He messed up the order and when asked to fix it lied to his manager about being chastised and yelled at. So he didn't get in trouble. It was only then that he got spoken to in a more not nice tone. Don't lie and correct your error.

I placed an order online for delivery at 6pm. At 6:27pm I called and asked where my order was, the man I spoke to said it should arrive any minute. After another 15min and still no pizza I called back and said my pizza still hasn’t arrived the man i spoke to did give excuses however he said he place a note in the computer for my next large pizza to be free. My order finally arrived about 5min later. Unfortunately as I was eating my favorite spicy Himalayan pizza I noticed it wasn’t spicy at all, they didn’t put a single jalapeño on the entire pizza!!!! I was very disappointed. I Definitely do not recommend this location at all!!

I placed an order for my pizza online Said my order was going to be ready in 30 minutes I arrived to pick it up ended up having to wait another hour for my order this is the third time that that's happened at this location their customer service sucks sometimes the managers arguing very loudly with the staff in the back this is the last time I'll order from them I will take my business elsewhere even if I have to drive out of town to get it I'll probably still get it faster than I would from them.

We unfortunately felt so uncomfortable. The food was great. We understood it was late and had 30 minutes until closing time. But we felt so uncomfortable. Was not greeted with the best attitude.

We ordered delivery. After 1 1/2 hours we called to find out where our pizza was, apparently the person answering the phone has several excuses: we got slammed, our driver had to take their lunch break... Orders go out in order of them being taken, acknowledge that you have breaks coming up and add it into the time frame given OR call your customer and let them know your pizza will be an hour later than what was stated in the origional call :( Even the manager in duty tonight was ignorant. Run a business like a business in a service industry... your customers are your paycheck.

When I called, I was put on hold for a very long time which is understanding and when I went to pick up the pizza, she told me to hold on, but she came out. She went to the opposite register that I was at and served someone else that was there that just walked in and told me to wait. Bought pizza here for many years. Don’t think I’ll ever bite from here again especially for the prices I can get it at Costco and have leftover for fuel. Just lost a regular customer.

If you’re ordering delivery order it about an hour before you’re actually hungry. They take about 45 mins to an hour AFTER your quoted delivery time. Your pizza will take about over 2 hours to arrive every time. The pizza is amazing but the whole delivery process and customer service needs to seriously be reevaluated it’s ridiculous.
Not even a car in the lobby can stop them..Love the employees.. always kind ..But the Pizza... its the best in town..I can't wait to be back in the lobby with my grandkids.
