This place is fun. The food was great and the atmosphere fun but the staff was a bit off. We ordered extra ranch and paid for it, but they only had part of the order. They said they'd bring it out, once it was prepared but we had to ask multiple times to get it. Our pizza was gone by the time it was ready and we had to go get it.. If the place had been busy, I would have understood but it was a very slow night.

Learn the menu before you work here! Girl says they only have 1 size for a beer, but she had to have somebody else pour it so she probably isn't even over 21. When I went up again the guy tells me they have a pitcher, a half piture, or a mug and all she could tell me was just a mug and I could have gotten a better deal. Things are expensive these days! Pizza was okay but I'd rather go to the Ripon location much better pizza And they all know their menu and beer sizes!

It's the best pizza place I've been to out of hundreds, and I will drive more than an hour off route for some Big E amazingness. Been coming here since they were new on Main St and I'm super happy that the great quality, branding, and experience haven't changed.

There's people walking into the food area that don't work there or off duty..touching stuff without washing hands. They told me 15 minutes was way longer..very disappointed..won't be going
