I went to get my usual preference grande ICED sugar free latte with oat milk and FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW AND WAS GIVEN A HOT LATTE. I appreciate the young lady's offer of fixing it but what the staff isn't doing is repeating back the order or asking customers to confirm the order. We are trusting employees to take our order CORRECTLY and accurately. I dont have time to sit there and have them fix something that could've been avoided on top of that risking the possibility of messing that up. On top of the fact that the fog is super thick in the area so that becomes a risk factor further pissing me off. Let's add the fact that I called repeatedly and no one answered. It seems like now a days people dont know how to do their jobs.

I went through the drive thru today and the girl that was taking orders was so rude. Not only to me but also to her co worker making drinks. I ordered an Iced Cinnamon Dolce latte and the girl accidentally made it hot. She rudely told her co worker this needs to be Iced. If she would have asked me I would have taken the hot one. People make mistakes. I had a free drink and she rudely told me no you don't and closed the window when I was still talking. Took another order and then told me my total again after helping someone else. I paid but I should have just drove away. I have never experienced someone so unprofessional and rude when I get coffee. I didn't get her name but she was wearing gray pants and a black shirt. She acted like it was an inconvenience helping me.
