I went through the drive thru today and the girl that was taking orders was so rude. Not only to me but also to her co worker making drinks. I ordered an Iced Cinnamon Dolce latte and the girl accidentally made it hot. She rudely told her co worker this needs to be Iced. If she would have asked me I would have taken the hot one. People make mistakes. I had a free drink and she rudely told me no you don't and closed the window when I was still talking. Took another order and then told me my total again after helping someone else. I paid but I should have just drove away. I have never experienced someone so unprofessional and rude when I get coffee. I didn't get her name but she was wearing gray pants and a black shirt. She acted like it was an inconvenience helping me.

I've ordered the same drinks for 6years I know what I order. Had a bad experience at this specific location with Chloe through the drive thru. As she was handing us our drinks I told her my order was wrong and she stated "no this is what you ordered". I understand it gets busy and hectic, but I know what I've ordered for six years.
