“Our household is so picky, there is always someone who is not happy with the food.. that wasn’t the case today, everyone was completely satisfied, not a single complaint. Asada papa nachos, carnitas taco salad, carnitas wet burrito with green sauce, California burrito, asada burrito all were absolutely delicious.. would definitely recommend them.. 10/10“

“My favorite taco truck in town. Constantly every time. 5/5!! I get 3 Al Pastor tacos and it's just the right level of spice and feel good taste that you'd want on a taco. Only downside is other people are learning about it and it can get busy, but I'd happily wait for their food and I can see everyone one will happily wait for theirs too.“

“This is easily the best taco truck in the area, the salsa is bomb and they always load whatever you order with plenty of meat and flavor. Everything I've had here has been delicious, I go here at least a few times a week, the people are super friendly and prices are more than fair. I stalked him since I love me some good taco truck food. I bought an al Pastor taco and two shrimp taco supremes. These guys do NOT disappoint! Hit em up. I'm going back again and again. They take cards which is huge for me because I never have cash.

After our original caterer cancelled literally MINUTES BEFORE our event Tacos El Paisa saved the day and were here within 30 minutes! They were able to bring joy, smiles, and full bellies to 50 developmentally delayed adults and the staff of our day program. I can't thank them enough for everything! I can't wait to work with them again in the future. They're amazing!“

The tacos were top tier, delicious in every way conceivable, I'd give them a 9/10.
The torta was good, the meat was delicious and was the star of the show. The bread left something to be desired. Overall an average torta.

“Low-key cafe serving tacos, burritos, and Mexican dinner plates made with very fresh ingredients. Staff is great! Green salsa is mild, red salsa has a gentle sting. I think they're making their own tortilla chips. Not date night, but not a dive either.“

“First time visit for us last night. Had a fantastic musical 1-man act up front. The space is sort of divided in two but it’s open enough to where you still feel part of the story. A dozen taps with very local and fresh beers. I consider myself “in the know” in this category and was really impressed. The food- first of all, I couldn’t decide on which of about 6-7 things I wanted to try. I decided on the “Elevated bacon sandwich” with onion rings and was very pleased. My wife got the Birria Ramen, and the kiddo got chicken tenders and fries. I tried all of em, and was the most impressed with the ramen. It was my first time trying any sort of ramen and decided to do so strictly off the smell and appearance (hint: both fantastic!)

I can’t wait to go back. DT Riverbank is a better place with this restaurant here. I just hate that it’s taken me this long to discover it.“

“Even if I didn't live right down the street, I would still drive the way across town for this place. Not only are the tacos that I get extremely flavorful and juicy, the salsa is the PERFECT level of spice. The employees are incredibly sweet, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. “This Taqueria has the best salsa for their carne adada tacos and burrito supreme. I ask for a little extra salsa. It's a bit spicy, but the best flavor I've had from a taqueria.

Parking: A few scattered spots available since they are parked in a center. I usually just park next to them anyway since I pick up my order and drive off.“

“The chips tasted fresh and were light and crispy. The salsa bar had a nice variety of different salsas. I ordered the #1 5 chicken rolled tacos with rice and beans. At first I thought the price was a little high, but I wanted to try it out. The chicken in the rolled tacos was chicken breast and could’ve used a little more flavor, but over all it was good as it had a generous amount of cheese and guac on it. Enough to feed 1.5 people :)
Inside was nice and clean. They have coke fountain drinks , which is always a plus for me.

The server tonight did such a great job at gathering all of our order items and had them all packaged and ready to go before we drove up to the drive thru window. She was extremely friendly and had even included all the sauces that I normally order with my meal. She was definitely a mind reader and cares about taking care of her customers.“
