I usually take a stop here for brunch on my way to Yosemite. Though the name has Waffle in it, I always go for their omelettes and they are really good. Especially, the ham and cheese, and cougar.

Got the strawberry French toast combo with medium easy eggs and bacon (chefs kiss!) 🤌🏼It was just enough to fill me up and give me a little sweet and a little savory. Gal with black hair and outfit working at 6:30 am was very kind and served us well. Classic diner atmosphere, feels very homey and local.

Best waffle in a 50 mile radius! New menu additions include the absolute best Chorizo con Papas I have had anywhere. This version reminded me of what we used to make at home when I was a kid. It is a must try!! This dish is full of love!

Im from the Los Angeles area, and I was visiting a pal in Escalon. He suggested the Waffle Factory for breakfast. The Cougar Omelette, and potatoes were very good, but what stood out was the best server I've ever had at any restaurant, Katie, very attentive, friendly, accommodating, with extreme down home charm, which I never see in my home town. I want to move here.
