I usually only get French Fries at Del Taco. I'm not a big fan of fast food but they have amazing fries. Everyone is always nice. My only complaint is the wait if there's a lot of cars. I understand the food is made to order but the last time my fries were cold by the time I got them. I was pulling out of the parking lot, grabbed a fry and I think it was sitting there for several minutes. It was Christmas Eve and the dining room was closed so I couldn't go in to ask for hot fries....read full review
Good food and staff. Just went to franchise. Coupons now restricted and prices gone up. Hope this person loses their shorts and the store goes corporate again. No longer a decent value. Over 8 bucks for 3 small tacos, medium fry and drink. Too bad. Del Taco food is great...

Absolute worst customer service. Maybe they don't understand the concept of customer service. Mike, the drive through guy was belittling me. If you're going to belittle me, at least be wearing a tux, have your nose up in the air, have a British accent, and be at a fancy place. Then I probably wouldn't have this bad taste in my mouth right now (and that's before I ate the food). Yuck.
