I stopped here in 2022 on my PCT thru-hike. The kouign-amann - flaky, buttery, soft with a little crunch from the sugar - was the best I've ever had in my whole life. I've lived all over the country. I think about that kouign-amann years later to this day. Hopefully someday I make it back to Etna just to go to this bakery again. It was the best bakery on the entire PCT, even better than the one in Stehekin.

I bought a sunflower bread and it was a delicious road snack for the next 3 days. Also the vegetarian breakfast sandwich was awesome and big enough it was both a breakfast and lunch sandwich

It’s a cool neighborhood cafe, the focaccia bread was interesting since the top was like a sliced bread. The peanut butter cookie was really good, not very sweet.

Food was great. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the staff, they were unfriendly and unprofessional, we didn’t feel welcomed.

I can't believe how long I've lived here and I've never been in this store. It is the cutest little Bakery ever! Their breads are out of this world! I bought the sunflower loaf today and it was just totally awesome. I also bought some croissants. They're the best croissants I've ever had!

Stopped here to enjoy a cappuccino and a fresh cinnamon roll. It did not disappoint! The cinnamon roll was soft and delicious while the cappuccino was made well and hit the spot. I was able to sit and do some admin work on my iPad while enjoying a nice view of Main Street from my table. If you are in Etna, go check out the bakery and the butcher shop!

Been to Etna a couple of times in the past few weeks. Went to this bakery both times. First time was for an ice cream cone! The bakery doubles as an ice cream parlor. Just perfect after our fantastic lunch at the Distillery down the street.

The second visit was a week later when I brought my husband for another fabulous lunch at the Distillery and another visit to the bakery. This time we got a loaf of their olive bread to go. It surpassed my highest possible expectations! Highly recommend it! I went in for the sourdough bread which was sold out, but the olive bread was the best I’ve ever had!
