This place is dirty and disgusting. Mop the floor clean the windows, CLEAN THE BATHROOM. Get better management. For as much as this place costs to eat at, you would think that they would give the same service and by service I mean making sure the establishment doesn't make you gag while you're trying to enjoy your $20 #3

Arrived at the drive thru at exactly 10pm, wanted to see if I could possibly still get a rootbeer float. There were 3 cars in front of me but the lights to the menu were off. Anyhow I thought I’d still ask, but the laugh was on me because they didn’t even acknowledge me. I ended up just going to Jack in the box to get a milk shake.

3 head hairs in 1 burger and 1 head hair on another. I called the store to let them know hair in burgers and they were rude and hung up.
I was calling to let them know to keep and eye out to put a stop to it, that's a lot of hair on 2 burgers ordered. The lady who answered was very rude and hung up on me.

Was in a couple mornings ago and the lady’s April and Chasity were just amazing. The food was delicious nice juicy burger, rootbeer float was perfect, onion rings were nice and crispy. Overall was just awesome thank you

I typically never decide to eat inside restaurants but I decided to give this a&w a try in Exeter and overall it was a GREAT Experience!! The place was super clean and employees were in top of cleaning plus they were SUPER FRIENDLY and I LOVED the overall atmosphere, brought me back to good ole days! If I'm being honest no other fast food chain can give you this kind of experience of being able to drink in a cold ice mug and have cool merchandise and even being able to buy a glass jug of rootbeer for an unbeatable price! Truly a fun experience for the family and has now become one of my favorite restaurants to dine in and of course you should expect tasty food as always 😋🤩

Very polite customer service. Has patience , quick service. Drive thru was quick. They let you know for the kids meal it comes with certain things , just to make sure you enjoy those ingredients , if you don't, they will gladly take it out. I would return

There were fast for it being busy food was very fresh
Love the polar swirls and root beer onion rings are good as well
