Steer clear. I waited in the drive-up lane for 10 minutes, saying hello. No answer. I couldn't order, so I drove to the pay window behind a car that had ordered and waited 20 minutes for them to get their food. After they drove off we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the window. Finally, Denency came to the window. She was oblivious and confused and said she didn't care. Let my clarify there was no one else in the drive through an only 3 cars in the parking lot.

Waited 20 min for a cold burger. Placed my order at 6:28 and waited in line at the drive thru until I finally got it. There were 4 other cars ahead of me, but it looked like we were all waiting extra that day. Didn't even offer anyone a free item for the wait, just handed me my order without apologies for the delay. Hopefully the next time will be better.

I thought I’d go in and support this new location as we do not have too much of a selection here in small town Exeter, CA. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and OHHHH MYYYY GEEEZ it was a fraction of the size of the picture, it was smashed so thin, the sausage was barely visible and it tasted cold and stale. I only ordered the sandwich because it was already going to cost me over $8.00!!! I paid $8.15 for a door stopper. I will NEVER EVER go back and now I see why there’s no cars in the parking lot or drive thru. Wow

Went and tried again! Messed up my order 2x and still gave me small fries when asked and charged for large. Just close this already
Terrible customer service. Short girl with blonde highlights was very rude and acted like it was a bother to even take my order. Took 20+ mins for just a cheeseburger and fries. Stood at the counter for at least 3mins before anyone even acknowledged me. Take the 2 min drive to Farmesville

Checked online for what I wanted for breakfast. It's was $8 something. Went to order it and was shocked to see it was $13 something because I walked in to order it. $5 more because I didn't order online. Never going back

The line there was super long and the waiting time was long also, as I was ordering my food I asked for the number 3 but with 3 chiken tenders instead of 5 and the lady said “let me make sure we have it” have the chiken nuggets? Did you guys run out of chiken nuggets? And I asked for a drink carrier and he gave me back the drinks and gave me the bix of the drink carrier without the drinks in them and then proceeded to give me the drinks, not worth the money or time.
They are super slow waited almost 4 years they don't know how to redeem food we Redeemed a free fry Friday and they still charged us almost 5 bucks. Get better at customer service and work orders.

What is wrong with this place?? Just open this location but workers are like amateurs, looks like they don't have any experience at all. Drive thru suppost to be a fast lane, but when you spend over 30 minutes behind 4 cars its a disappointment 😞. I saw customers leaving and canceling orders. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP ASP or won't last long before employers get laid off. Customer complainning about food cold, not the correct order, this is a nightmare don't recomend to even stop for a drink. Hopefully the owners read all the bad reviews and do something, Exeter needs a JITB, do something to save it.

My boyfriend ordered a burger meal and after a long wait received someone else's breakfast sandwich. Regardless of that experience, we decided to give this place another try and after another really long wait for the food, we received our (this time correct) order, but my chicken club sandwich was so dry it made me never want to go to this location again. Such a disappointment. I was super excited for the opening. Not anymore.

Do not support this place. Gone there multiple times where im stuck waiting for over 20 minutes and the staff does not seem to care. Even once the order was ready and it was just sitting there for a while before they handed it to me, this after i had already waited there a long time. Very incompetent place.
I was so excited to try out this new Jack in the box instead of driving to Farmersville. But after receiving my order, my burger was hella dry, the fries were burnt. The only that was good was my soda. Definitely a waste of money. I’ll keep going to Farmersville till they have better experiences workers.
