was there tonight about 930 ordered 2 double big macs one as a combo the other just the burger along with a fish combo only to get home to find 2 double quarter pounders ..this happens far to often at this location. not impressed at all !!!

Very rude and lazy staff . They didn’t give me my online order that I had ordered before the the time limit expired. I went inside the building and they still had breakfast in their kitchen, They just didn’t want to make my order. I had to leave empty handed. Poor service , do better and hire people who actually want to work !

dude they supposedly gave me sprite and it tasted like pure water not good and then they burnt all my fry’s and gave me what was supposed to be a coca cola did not taste like that mc chicken was good

They literally gave me a burger with its wrapper inside out. I know fast food could be kinda crazy but come on the wrapper. Do better. It Starts with the manager. One of the employees admitted the manager doesn't care how they send their stuff out. Smh

Check your order before you leave the drive-thru window because 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. They had to remake 1 burger 3 times before I finally got what I ordered. I also recommend ordering a small fry because it looks like that's what they give you no matter what size you order.
Used to be the best McDonalds around but they’ve gone seriously downhill. Didn’t put onions on ANY of my burgers the last 7 times I’ve been there, despite asking for Extra a few of the times. 7 times in a row getting my order wrong is pretty much unacceptable. I think someone there is under the impression the McDoubles and cheeseburgers don’t get onions.

Why do they always make you pull around in the drive thru? I don't mind but when they forget things and I have to go inside to get them it defeats the purpose of the drive thru. Today I will start a movement it's called "Don't pull around" just say sorry I can't my car doesn't have reverse, it's broken.
