Mom and I only went through the drive thru but we were glad we did. Such kind, hospitable service and humor. We didn't even know Exeter had a Starbucks. Our mocha frapps tasted so good! I'm glad we stopped by. Highly recommend!

I was charged $8 for a simple Cream drink despite ordering an Espresso. Rushing would prevent this issue. Improving management practices would ensure better-quality beverages. I’ve had subpar beverages for three consecutive visits due to inconsistent service.

I went through the drive thru and got a strawberry açaí with lemonade. For some reason they added 3 pumps of lavender power which I did not ask for. I went inside and told them the issue and they remade it but got the drink wrong again. I didn’t realize until I got in the car and at that point I just gave up.

I was at the drive thru earlier today and my car turned off completely and didn’t want to turn on again. I just want to thank the baristas that helped me push my car into the parking lot. You guys are AWESOME!!!!

It's very nice in Starbucks there. They're very clean and organized, and they wait on you promptly and they bring your drink up to the counter and they're very good and they will go back more and more.I like starbucks

Need to be sure ladies room has soap. Not even a container under the sink for the tube for the soap dispenser to draw from. If customers have no soap then employees aren't washing their hands before they leave the restroom. Health code violation.

I’m not the type to point out a specific individuals unprofessional service. But when it’s multiple times, to multiple family members that’s when you know it’s a problem. There is an individual in the evening shift, “ JC “ who is very very rude. I’ve never had an issue with any other employee and I come here nearly everyday literally. All the other employees are super nice and respectful but for some reason this individual is always super rude and will literally try to raise his voice in frustration. It’s very unprofessional.
