I placed a mobile order at the Exeter store for the first time. I had ordered 4 matchas and a frappe. Besides one lavender matcha being decently made, the other three were made incorrectly. Out of the three made the strawberry matcha was diabolical. It looked and tasted like a Pink drink (because it was) and they just poured matcha on top. I honestly felt second hand embarrassment from how the drink was crafted. You would think someone would respect their craft…. They used protein powder for 2 of my banana matchas and one of them was MORE foam than anything. The only reason I went to Exeter was because my go to store was out of the banana cold foam. It always unfortunate when you have such high expectations from a high performing store and it gets ruined with just one careless experience at another. I didn’t bother calling them back to get my drinks fixed because they couldn’t get three right out of a 5 drink order. I wouldn’t have had a problem bringing my drinks back to Exeter to have them remade, but it was clear the cashier at drive was annoyed with the order. She was nice at the speaker, but once I announced my mobile order the demeanor of the interaction changed. The cherry on top of the interaction was when I asked for a drink carrier for my drinks, I was just handed an empty drinker carrier instead of the worker having the diligence to give me my three other drinks WITH the drink carrier. I had to hand it back to her so she can put my drinks in it. I just ended up going to farmersvile to get my drinks remade because they never disappoint. To be honest, I’ve never have gone out of my way to write a review, but I was entirely disappointed with my first time experience there.

I had mobile ordered 2 drinks and they put them as done but only one of them was done so I asked and they said they’ll get right on it and one of the workers asked another worker how to make the drink and was so slow the entire time while talking and they didn’t even add raspberry syrup to my iced berry matcha?

Mom and I only went through the drive thru but we were glad we did. Such kind, hospitable service and humor. We didn't even know Exeter had a Starbucks. Our mocha frapps tasted so good! I'm glad we stopped by. Highly recommend!

I was charged $8 for a simple Cream drink despite ordering an Espresso. Rushing would prevent this issue. Improving management practices would ensure better-quality beverages. I’ve had subpar beverages for three consecutive visits due to inconsistent service.
