Called in order for pick up. They said 30 minutes. We got to the restaurant paid for our order and sat to wait for it. It took an hour to get our food. Would have minded if the place was busy because that would make sense, but it was EMPTY. There were people at two other tables. Go anywhere else for faster service.

amazing customer service! came by tonight and the girl at the register i think her name was megan she was honestly so sweet and very helpful! i will be returning back not only for the great customer service but the pizza is delicious!

My first day in I went to straw hat because I was too lazy to drive any further, I met Megan P and she was nothing but a wonderful and kind server! One of the best. She was attentive and caring for our food and my allergies, I had a wonderful time definitely coming back (:

I am extremely happy and satisfied whenever I come to this restaurant, I always feel very blessed to have Megan P. placing my delicious and warm pizza down in front of me, with a smile. I come here quite often must I say! Each time I do, I see how kind, happy, and extremely respectful. She has always treated my family and I so highly and has done a TREMENDOUS outstanding job. I truly would like to point out how good of a job she does and how serious she takes her job, it is amazing to see and once again I would like to point out her hard work and determination. I would also like to thank her, brings a smile to my face when I see her smile as she welcomes my family and I inside. Am extremely kind and welcoming, hardworking woman she is and I thank her!

VERY VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE MEGAN P WAS VERY BAD AT ATTENDING.....WE GOT THEIR SHE WAS ACTING RUDE LAUGHING MAKING JOKES WITH HER CO WORKER WITH SOME OTHER BIG GIRL. WE ASKED HER WHERES THE BREAD AT..AT THE SALAD BAR SHE SAID THEY NEED TO MAKE MORE WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR NEVER TOOK THEM OUT.. SALAD BAD VERY LOW STOCK ASKED HER THAT THEY NEED TO PUT LETTUCE AND MORE THINGS SHE SAID OH WE JUST NEED TO RESTOCK TOOK HER LIKE 30 MINUTES TO RESTOCK AND SHE Didn't EVEN PUT MORE LETTUCE..HELLO WERE PAYING FOR OUR FOOD.. We usually order weekly on the weekend. I personally love the boneless hot wings but the pizza is great to. I really like the chicken with white sauce pizza. The staff is always very kind and normally have the same delivery driver for quite awhile now and I'll have to update with his name but he's a super pleasant kid always arriving with a smile and usually earlier than the expected time they give. Over the years they've only had a couple errors which is to be expected and have always been more than happy to fix it and even make a second trip out to make it right and we're probably close to as far as they go which is great.
Vegetarian options: You can basically make your own pizza with many different combinations so you can even put whatever veggies you want on it.
Great location and ambience. Service is incredible. Pizza is pretty darn good. Their ranch is bomb! ?

The Garlicky Chicken pizza with white sauce was outstanding. Our first time with California-style pizza, and it was very good.Dining area was clean, family-friendly, and not overly crowded on a Monday evening.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating! We were able to personalize our vegetarian pizza without cheese we added pesto, it was amazing. All the staff were very nice. Great customer service!! We definitely plan to come back again. Thanks Raj for telling us about all the upcoming events!!
