Told me only after the pizza was delivered that they didnt have anchovies, which was the only reason i ordered was for the anchovies would never have ordered if i knew before hand, cheating people out of money.

If you look under the pizza before eating it looks like they just slap it on the dirty counter before putting it on the plate. Old crumbs on the bottom of my pizza. What y'all doing? Reusing papers before putting the pizza on the plates?

There customer service is on point and there Pizza is very good not greasy cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this place it's a very nice place to take the family to have a nice Dinner.

The salad bar was the best and pizza was excellent. Drink refills and good atmosphere! They serve you a bottle of ranch with your pizza too. Sports on TV and beer on tap, can or bottle. Always love Straw Hat pizza! 😋🍕

I’ve never respected a place that has management or owners that can’t step in and help their team at times when it’s busy it really sets the standard and shows where their priorities are unfortunately. The owner seems too worried about looking great while his team suffers behind him. I see how hard working all those kids are and they still have a smile on their faces. Lately my pizza deliveries have been cold and I can only imagine it’s because they have a ton of orders and I see the same driver every time ! Very unfortunate because I love straw hat but this is making me want to order else where!

Called in order for pick up. They said 30 minutes. We got to the restaurant paid for our order and sat to wait for it. It took an hour to get our food. Would have minded if the place was busy because that would make sense, but it was EMPTY. There were people at two other tables. Go anywhere else for faster service.

My first day in I went to straw hat because I was too lazy to drive any further, I met Megan P and she was nothing but a wonderful and kind server! One of the best. She was attentive and caring for our food and my allergies, I had a wonderful time definitely coming back (:

I am extremely happy and satisfied whenever I come to this restaurant, I always feel very blessed to have Megan P. placing my delicious and warm pizza down in front of me, with a smile. I come here quite often must I say! Each time I do, I see how kind, happy, and extremely respectful. She has always treated my family and I so highly and has done a TREMENDOUS outstanding job. I truly would like to point out how good of a job she does and how serious she takes her job, it is amazing to see and once again I would like to point out her hard work and determination. I would also like to thank her, brings a smile to my face when I see her smile as she welcomes my family and I inside. Am extremely kind and welcoming, hardworking woman she is and I thank her!

SALAD BAD VERY LOW STOCK ASKED HER THAT THEY NEED TO PUT LETTUCE AND MORE THINGS SHE SAID OH WE JUST NEED TO RESTOCK TOOK HER LIKE 30 MINUTES TO RESTOCK AND SHE Didn't EVEN PUT MORE LETTUCE..HELLO WERE PAYING FOR OUR FOOD..
