Friday night and the customer service just wasn’t kind, negative comments, an attitude, and remarks noting the disinterest she has the job, just didn’t feel like a welcoming and or friendly place. Also an employee refused to complete our order by not making the item upon request.

Stopped here to grab a sandwich on my way to Sequoia National Park and was impressed by how well the service was that I felt compelled to write this review. My day trip to the park started off on a good note thanks to Jasmine and her customer service, she even recommended some good trails in the park which we ended up hiking.

I come in pretty often around the same time for my lunch here at subway & it’s always one employee working alone. Although she had a line all the way to the door, the employee Betty maintained great customer service & still had a great attitude! I noticed she was receiving online orders while making my sandwich & she is very great at multitasking. Besides the long line , I was very satisfied with my meal & also the cleanliness of the store.

Went to Subway yesterday and again today. There was a long line and the person working there named Betty was working alone. She did an amazing job of taking care of everyone including her online orders. She was really nice and professional. Owner should really give her a raise. Thank you Betty

We went to subway and were helped by berenise , she had wonderful customer service and was so fast. She had a long line of customers coming through the door all at once with what looked like a lot of online orders also so her positive attitude and great customer service was even more impressive ! I definitely think there should be more than one staff member there at a time for when that many people come in at once though

I stopped by today to pick up dinner. Berenise asked me if I wanted to take advantage of the dinner deal they had going on the BOGO. Great customer service, they have a clean restaurant and very welcoming. They deserve a raise. Her and the young gentlemen helping her. Will be coming back soon.

I decided to give this Subway another try and I’m very glad i did. I had an outstanding experience. The moment I walked in, Carter and Ivan greeted me with warm smiles. Their friendly demeanor made the ordering process so much more enjoyable.

They took the time to help me choose my perfect sandwich, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring everything was just how I wanted. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.

The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming, which only added to the positive experience. I left feeling valued and satisfied with my meal. I highly recommend this location not just for the delicious food but also for the exceptional customer service provided by Carter and Ivan. I'll definitely be coming back! Horrible customer service! One of the employees looks like she hates her job. Has no customer service whatsoever and is extremely rude. I believe her name is Berenise. Not to mention, she was rude to the poor man closing with her telling him not to make a mess with the pepper because she already cleaned the counter. She needs some training on how to provide good customer service or simply find someone else if she hates her job !
