Not sure what wizardry is happening in their kitchen, but holy Hera the food is fabulous.
We are on the road for about 6 hours and rolled into Exeter for work late… starving about an hour before closing. Dinner was most excellent.. that potion they call salsa is fantastic… we went back the next day with our client in tow .. :-) .. but that salsa … got a tub to take home (safely cradled in its own seatbelt all the way back home). I’d say this place is well worth the drive and overnight stay in town 😎.

If I could give this vallarta negative stars I would. It's a horrible place of business. the store manager name is STEPHANIE she is a vary rude women. and realy unprofessional not qualified to be a manager at all. maybe she was having a bad day but she got really overwhelmed off the simplelst question. 🤦♂️ and she/he just decided to hang up on a loyal vallarta customer/employee. ive been going to vallarta since I was 11 i love these stores. But I WONT be spending my MONEY at 2705 south h st Bakersfield ca 93304 any MORE becauseof the manager named STEPHANIE My advice to you as a customer pick better people to represent your company.

The owner and its family were so nice, they welcomed us in and made us feel at home. We ordered the carne asada quesadilla and the burrito al pastor, and everything was amazing: meat was tender, juicy, and well spiced. Also very well priced for the very generous portions. So come hungry, and enjoy!!!
The chili rellenos with the white sauce are incredible!!! Everything is good, but those.......wow!

My husband and I came for some Mexican food after Friday night football. We are not from the area so we totally relied on google reviews and I am so glad we did. Their sopes are light and delicious. We had a great meal here at Vallarta’s Mexican Restaurant.

We had a pleasant time, the staff is pleasant, fast, the dishes are plentiful, French passing through here with my family, everyone loved it, the prices are affordable, I recommend it if you are passing through ? the street where it is located is very pleasant
