Bakin' it Up Collective - An Artisan Bakery

It was my first time in today and I got the monkey bread, everything bagel with cream cheese, and vanilla latte. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend checking out this cute spot on Main Street. Service was great and fast. Will definitely be back to try more yummies.

Great bakery cafe on a really cute street! I got the coconut lime scone, which was pretty good and I’m not a huge scone person. I also got the cappuccino which was perfect. The woman at the register was very friendly and welcoming. The cafe is super spacious and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I’m here waiting for a wedding to start and this was perfect for me to kill some time and enjoy a nice cafe in a new area~

Good food bu get there early. They close at 2:00. We got there at 12:30 for lunch and a lot of the menu items were sold out.

So glad I overheard another customer praising their cinnamon rolls—they truly are the best! As is their spiced chai. Add in super quick and friendly service, and Bakin’ it Up is 10/10.

A great atmosphere and the customer service is excellent. The gluten-free blueberry scone was delicious and my lavender honey latte was on point.

We’re newer to Fallbrook and were pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a cafe! Good food, pastries, drinks and ambiance. We’ll be regular customers!

Best baked goods in the area. Chocolate croissants are delicious! Coffees and teas are also delightful. What I would improve is the ambiance - simple things like paying for premium audio streaming so we don’t have to listen to ads while enjoying the deliciousness or meeting with friends. Would also love to see more rotation in the art displayed on the walls. The overall vibe could use some cohesion!

Love this small town bakery and all the yummy goodies. Staff are so friendly and always greet you with a smile. They even have a full kids area so can enjoy your time while the kids play.

Love their Bread Pudding. Best in Fallbrook. Sells out too quickly! Cruffins are to die for… would like to see some stuffed cruffins ;) Always great service.

This place is amazing! Everything is delicious! Only downfall would be there hours but no other complaints.

Absolutely fantastic! They have wonderful pastries and drinks. Chill vibe and a nice place to hang out. It’s inviting, peaceful, and quiet. Will most definitely return next time we are in the area!

What an awesome hidden gem!Pastries, cupcakes, coffee, brunch… try it all. We got the BLTA sandwich, a brownie, and a croissant. All bangin’. Pretty presentation, in a fun atmosphere. Loved it all, and can’t wait to come back.
