Bakin' it Up Collective - An Artisan Bakery

Being a local, I decided to come here several times before making a review... This place is such a hit or miss.

Food wise - I think I've been impressed maybe once or twice. Multiple times my food has been cold or just tastes 'meh.' I think if the service was great, I could be a little more forgiving about the food, but when your cold meal is served to you by someone with an even colder personality, it really makes me question why I keep coming back. I will say that their baked goods are great, so that's mostly why I return (and because there are limited cafe spots in Fallbrook).

Bakin’ It Up is hands down my favorite café!
Kelly, the owner, goes above and beyond every single time she takes such incredible care to accommodate my dietary restrictions and health needs, and you can truly feel how much heart she puts into everything she does. The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with love.

The girls in the front, Cierra and Mya, are the absolute sweetest, they always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place that not only serves great food but also cares so deeply about their customers’ well-being.

If you’re looking for a café that feels like home and a team that genuinely cares, Bakin’ It Up is the spot. I love their matcha, quiches, croissant and almost everything else. 💛

Delicious drinks and food, and the staff is really kind. Plenty of comfy seating! I tried the strawberry cream cheese croissant and a keto latte, can’t wait to go back! I love the artwork displayed by artist Ian McKesson foo.

Yummy pastries, a little pricy for their breakfast sandwiches, coffee is great, and they have seltzers too. My favorite thing there is their vegan pie thing they always have.

It was my first time in today and I got the monkey bread, everything bagel with cream cheese, and vanilla latte. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend checking out this cute spot on Main Street. Service was great and fast. Will definitely be back to try more yummies.

Great bakery cafe on a really cute street! I got the coconut lime scone, which was pretty good and I’m not a huge scone person. I also got the cappuccino which was perfect. The woman at the register was very friendly and welcoming. The cafe is super spacious and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I’m here waiting for a wedding to start and this was perfect for me to kill some time and enjoy a nice cafe in a new area~

Wow, what a find! Staff & service beyond helpful & efficient, quality of food & drinks 10+ & the atmosphere is quaint and homey. Love it!

Good food bu get there early. They close at 2:00. We got there at 12:30 for lunch and a lot of the menu items were sold out.

So glad I overheard another customer praising their cinnamon rolls—they truly are the best! As is their spiced chai. Add in super quick and friendly service, and Bakin’ it Up is 10/10.
