Food wise - I think I've been impressed maybe once or twice. Multiple times my food has been cold or just tastes 'meh.' I think if the service was great, I could be a little more forgiving about the food, but when your cold meal is served to you by someone with an even colder personality, it really makes me question why I keep coming...
