Ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday, I’m not a great decorator but it looked like a 12 year old decorated the cake. I was told the cake would be 4 layers and it was 2. HUGE difference. The cake was freezer burnt, not sure how long it was stored before being served. When I was placing the order for the cake, a decorator in the back was arguing with the girl taking my order right in front of my daughter and I. Also noticed personal belongings (purses/coats) stored in the dishwashing sink (gross) Long story short, I won’t be ordering from here again. NOT worth my $70. Big time rip off.

Absolutely atrocious customer service !! I came into the store with my 3 kids and ordered THREE Rainbow sherbets. I received 2 and asked the manager CYNTHIA why she had given me Two when i clearly saw on the register it was THREE. The manager CYNTHIA exclaimed with a hostile tone that i had purchased 2 rainbow sherbets which was 7.98 BUT MY CARD withdrawal 11.97$. I am appalled. What had really got me even more upset was that when i had given 1 of my daughters her rainbow sherbet I SEEN A FLY IN THE CUP. I gave it to the manager and she told me i had put it in there to spite her. HOW RIDICULOUS!! I was lucky enough to have been given a new rainbow sherbet by one of the young ladies working there. I always come here with my kids but now its completely different. shes a rude manager and i am sueing for sure. This is unacceptable service and i will not tolerate behaviour like this especially coming from head of franchise. I cannot stress this enough, please so not come here if you’re not a hard head!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid with my parents. Not much has changed since I could remember and that’s totally fine! Excellent staff and of course, excellent ice cream. Won’t go anywhere else for future generations to come!
Visited at 6:30pm today. I asked for 2 sundaes and the lady gave me two tiny kid sized sundaes. I told her they were smaller than a single scoop on a cone and she was extremely rude and said "that's just the way they are". I told her our large family goes there there frequently and they have never been this small. She said "then everyone else was making them wrong". It was literally 3 bites per sundae. Save a lot of money and just buy a pint at Albertsons next door. 1 star for horrible customer service. We will not be back.

Rude and disrespectful.birthday coupon Barcode wouldnt scan. It never does. Employees stated: You have to have the Baskin and Robbins app let me see your phone. No! And no I don't need to have a Baskin and Robin's app. It was sent to me via email through customer service. Call the manager because this is not the first time there's been trouble reading the barcode and you should learn how to put it in manually. The reply I got was well it's okay this time but it won't be allowed again. Wonder what part she can't read that says print coupon?

I’ve seen mixed reviews, which is why I’m writing a review. ALL of the high school/college aged girls working here have been VERY friendly, polite and efficient. Best rainbow sherbet.

no mango ice cream. No plain waffle cone. I got it and my partners were both broken on the bottom. Window wasn’t clean so we couldn’t see the ice cream very well. that’s why I’m giving three stars. The girl that waited on us was very nice.
