Don't like the kiosk for ordering, get rid of them, employees lose a job, others have to make up the workload because of automation
Place to go, in a pinch.
The person who serves does not send the products correctly and sometimes does not give the correct change and it is not the first time, I am a frequent customer.
Got all the way home and they forgot my nuggets, on both my meals. Not answering the phone and too far away to drive all the way back. Ridiculous! Do employees not check the bag against the receipt? Also, when placing my order she never asked what I wanted to drink she automatically put a coke and I had to ask for a different drink. What’s going on with customer service these days?

I ordered chicken fries just to get dried up cardboard … Plus she gave us attitude when we asked for one more ranch since she only gave us one for 5 items that we ordered. I understand they’re extra but why so bothered?
I should have known better than to trust BK with my food. I ordered the Wednesday Addams meal and it was all wrong. They did not give me the little rings that come with it. They did not offer me to upgrade my drink to the milkshake instead I got charged EVERYTHING separately. $25 for that meal. I called trying to ask these questions and instead got hanged up on. I’m not going to argue about food , but I wanted answers for the big ticket I just spent on a burger meal.

I went to Burger King today because I had some coupons that I got in the mail and they were about to expire but their system wasn’t accepting the coupons but the manager was very nice and she actually gave me some of the food for free to honor the discount all the employees were super nice super fast and fresh food ?

had a great experience this morning. came through the drive through pretty early, and ordered a couple burgers and fries. Ricky was at the window, very kind and polite. food was fresh, and such a great value given today’s economy. we will definitely be back.

I was pulled at 9:15 pm at the drive through The staff was not friendly , the food wasn't fresh , the lemonade was just all water and I could barely taste the juice , no receipt and no thank you. Terrible location
