You walk in and are greeted right away, always a nice touch. The staff really are quite nice people. We had Hummus with veggies and pita. Then a turkey bacon cheese avocado sandwich and the Lobster Roll. All of it quite good. Tasted fresh and made with love. There is some art on the walls around you. To go into the Art area though, you have to go around the front and pay $5 - just a heads up. Parking on a Saturday was just fine - no problems there.

Fallbrook doesn’t appear to have anything quite like this lovely lunch spot.
The art district here, in this rural town, is blooming and this cafe is a really cool gem to have come across. It is in the Art Center, helping with the 5-Star Atmosphere rating. When you sit down at a table, you are literally looking around at beautiful artwork from local Southern California artists. It is really neat.
The service is really good, with the host and server being extremely attentive to our every need, while keeping it casual.
The menu offers some really fresh and modern items in the areas of salad, Panini’s, and light lunch, fare with soup or salad and half sandwich combos, as well.
I know my husband often avoids mixed greens when listed as the base of any salad at a restaurant. He was a chef and knows that the quality of mixed greens can very wildly and it is a rare occasion when you do not come across a decomposing leaf or two of a green that did not quite hold out as long as its peers in the mix. I have never come across greens as fresh as the mixed greens my salad. I don’t even think I could’ve picked them any fresher from my garden. The closest second in freshness would be in San Sebastian in Spain, at a Basque cider house.
Although I’m not in Fallbrook often, I would return for a really nice, fresh meal.

So this was the second time that I ate here and seriously this is such a nice place... The server is very helpful and attentive getting us all our food and drinks... He even made a custom chocolate milk for my niece and nephew... The food was delicious... There was 8 of us and we all loved our food... I had a cup of clam chowder and that was delicious down to the last drop... After that I had a turkey and bacon sandwich on sourdough bread... Omg it was good .. the atmosphere was so relaxing and the art all around was beautiful... It's so nice just to look around and admire all the beautiful paintings... I definitely recommend this place if you are ever in fallbrook

Went for a late lunch when we realized there was a cafe inside the Fallbrook Art Center. The atmosphere reminded me of some of the French style bistros that were popular in the 80s. Wonderful! Lots of special touches, serene dark blue walls and friendly staff. Also sparkling clean! Talked to Scott, the owner, and he shared a bit of his vision for the place. The tablecloths and cloth napkins set the scene for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. And the food...
Be patient, because everything is prepared to order. I had the Lobster Grilled Cheese and it was a perfect blend of lobster, butter and a hint of lemon grilled on sourdough with gruyere cheese. Not one ingredient overwhelmed the others - tricky to pull off. Sorry about the half sandwich picture - it was so delicious I forgot to take it before it was half gone! The panini was also reported to be delicious.
We'll be back!

Dined here with a friend for lunch and enjoyed the great atmosphere, food and service. Dining tables have tablecloths too - a nice touch! Good lunch menu selections. The restaurant Owner was there, and was coming by the tables, greeting all diners. We enjoyed artwork on the wall and we toured the gallery after lunch.

Lovely everything. Food was so good. Owners are so sweet and do such a wonderful job. Love the connected art gallery as well! Just need to come more often!
What a delightful Cafe and lovely vibe..The food is delicious. The hummus is made fresh and the salad was outstanding. Excellent service. The owner personally waited on me. ...What a treat. I look forward to coming back soon....
This cafe is wonderful. The paninis were fantastic and the kids loved the açaí bowls. Would definitely recommend for lunch!!!
I always dine at the bar seating. It is so welcoming and comfortable. Scott, Lori and Andy are friendly, attentive and professional. On this visit I enjoyed the “Beef Dip Panini” on herbed focaccia with horsey sauce. Very flavorful. The Au jus was a little thin but plentiful for the focaccia. I also had the mini Caesar salad which is just perfect and enjoyed the Fallbrook Winery Chardonnay.
The current exhibition “Impressions: Small Works” presented in the adjoining Fallbrook Art Center was fantastic; beautifully curated.
I drive a distance to enjoy this dining experience, but…..enjoy it, I DO!

Had a wonderful lunch here. Ordered best clam chowder. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!
Absolutely delicious menu; lots and lots of variety with a chill, art gallery atmosphere. Cannot recommend the French onion soup enough!
Go here every chance we get. Staff knows my son and his order by heart. (Picky kid) always feel welcome and have never had a bad experience in any way here.

Scott and Lori do a fantastic job of running this establishment. It’s a great atmosphere with an artistic vibe. I really enjoyed the bottomless mimosas along with the fantastic menu. The cheesecake really made my day! If you want good service with a classy atmosphere at a great price come here.
