We like Carls Junior. But we especially like this Carl’s Jr. I have to say that the team members that work there are always kind. There’s a woman manager named Ana and a male manager that I’ve met that are both really great. I’ve also met a couple different people at the drive-through and every one of them talks to me about my day or tells me something new that’s on the menu. We usually use the drive-through and there are always so fast.
An update as we recently messed up our order and we were so thankful we ran into Ana because she helped us get it fixed and she always says hi to my son Mark. Just an outstanding person.

AI gets it wrong every time. If my Kid would eat something else I wouldn’t come here because of the AI. I used to be a once a week visitor. But not any more. One star because of AI

The restaurant and bathroom are usually clean. When I talk to the employees they're usually nice and quick. But I will NEVER go through the drive through here again. The AI voice takes 15 minutes just to take an oder for 2 people. And you can forget substitutes, the Ai will not understand what you're asking for. The voice interaction rings through the whole kitchen, and the staff can intervene at anytime but usually won't even when asking to talk to a person. Last I went I just sat and ignored the bot until a human came.

$30 for two combos, you have to drive around and wait up front for your food, fries cold, no sauce as asked, no napkins, order is wrong, what are these people getting paid more for again?
The only reason I didn’t give this location 5 stars is because they aren’t open as late as the other spots in town but honestly it’s worth the trade off for how consistently good their food and service is, especially in comparison to McDonald’s or Jack in the Box in town. Everything’s hot, well packaged, and made correctly. The staff are all friendly and communicative, they ask if you need sauce or things to go with your meal unlike other spots in town. The prices and hours may not be great but the food and staff make it worth it at this location. Not sure why so many people are giving this place low stars for the AI, if you speak clearly and slowly it’s not difficult to have it to your order correctly. Even if it doesn’t, they’re pretty quick to ask what you need corrected. I go to this spot probably once every week to a couple weeks and I’ve never had issues like I’ve had at other places in town. I think the AI works fine if you don’t bark at it. I can’t believe people complain about being asked to back up when nobody’s in line too ? I’ve done that, it’s not like they take longer to get you your order…it’s keeping good metrics for unrealistic situations…why is it such a big hassle to put your car in reverse literally five feet and come back to help someone out when nobody’s in line. Honestly that’s just petty, I get incorrect orders and smashed food at McDonald’s and Jack in the box all the time but not here, maybe I’m just lucky though.
